Tulsi Gabbard Just Released Secret Documents on Foreign Biolabs Biden’s Team Buried

Anthony Fauci looked a senator in the eye and said the NIH never funded gain-of-function research.

Now declassified intelligence is showing what Fauci, Biden's national security team, and the people who called whistleblowers "foreign assets" spent years trying to bury.

Tulsi Gabbard just dropped the proof – and it's worse than anyone was allowed to say out loud.

Gabbard Releases Declassified Documents on 120 US-Funded Biolabs in Ukraine

After months digging through Intelligence Community files, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released classified documents Friday confirming the U.S. government funded more than 120 biological laboratories in over 30 countries.

Forty of those labs were built and supported inside Ukraine.

The declassified slides document the Institute of Experimental and Clinical Veterinary Medicine in Kharkiv – a facility the intelligence community warned had "almost certainly" been vulnerable to Russian seizure or damage since the war began.

That lab stored anthrax and brucella bacteria in its basement – both recognized bioweapons capable of mass casualties.

The documents confirm what Biden's team spent years calling a Russian disinformation campaign.

Americans who said it out loud were accused of being foreign assets and traitors.

Fauci Denied Gain of Function Research While US Taxpayer-Funded Labs Ran It Anyway

The Intelligence Community had already warned the White House: a U.S.-funded biolab in Ukraine likely housed dangerous pathogens and sat directly in the line of Russian attack.

Biden's team did nothing and said nothing.

When Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland was pressed under oath in March 2022 about biological research in Ukraine, she acknowledged the facilities existed – then insisted the U.S. had no concern about weapons activity.

Forty labs. Anthrax, Ebola, and plague. A basement in Kharkiv storing brucella bacteria – a known bioweapon – while Russian forces were fighting miles away.

Nuland left all of that out.

Many of the 120 labs were conducting research on highly contagious pathogens.

Some were running gain-of-function experiments with, as Gabbard put it, "very little visibility or oversight."

Fauci told Congress under oath in May 2021 that the NIH "has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research."

Rand Paul called him out on it directly – and Fauci sneered back that Paul didn't know what he was talking about.

Months later, the NIH sent a letter to Congress admitting EcoHealth Alliance had used NIH grants to conduct gain-of-function research – likely at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The same day, the NIH quietly scrubbed its own definition of "gain-of-function research" from its website and replaced it with new language.

Rutgers University biochemistry professor Richard Ebright didn't mince words: "NIH corrects untruthful assertions by NIH Director Collins and NIAID Director Fauci that NIH had not funded gain-of-function research."

This pattern – secret funding, public denial, threats against anyone who pushed back – wasn't limited to Wuhan.

It was the operating standard.

Biden Officials Knew These Labs Were in a War Zone and Said Nothing

Trump saw what Biden's team refused to acknowledge.

On May 25, 2025, he signed an executive order ending all federal funding for gain-of-function research worldwide.

Gabbard has directed the Intelligence Community to increase collection on every one of these facilities – and what's already coming back is raising what she called "significant ethical, financial, and security concerns."

That means active clinical trials at some of these sites are now raising alarms inside the intelligence community.

Nobody in the Biden administration asked those questions – because asking meant admitting the labs existed.

The government's own files document the labs they built, the pathogens they stored, the risks they hid from Congress, and the lies they fed to every American funding it.

Fauci called Rand Paul ignorant for asking the right questions.

Biden's team called truth-tellers traitors.

The documents are out now – and every American who got called a conspiracy theorist for believing this was real just got their answer.
