From the get-go, Joe Biden and his cronies started taking actions designed to restrict the rights of American citizens.

In some cases, Biden and his radical administration have gone to extreme lengths to do so.

But the Wall Street Journal just unloaded on the Supreme Court for this shocking decision.

The Supreme Court shocked Americans with this major ruling

On Monday, the United States Supreme Court wrapped up this summer’s term, issuing some crucial opinions on cases that have major impacts on the future of America.

One of the most important cases this term, Murthy v Missouri, determined the extent to which the United States federal government can work with outside entities to censor Americans online.

In a 6-3 decision, which shocked many Americans, the high court tossed a lower court’s ruling, which prohibited the government from working with social media companies to censor Americans.

This ruling came to the delight of the Joe Biden administration, which celebrated this controversial decision.

However, many Americans fear that this decision could open the door for Joe Biden and his cronies to step their alleged censorship programs into overdrive.

The Wall Street Journal editorial board issued a scathing rebuke of this ruling, telling readers “Don’t be surprised if government officials read the ruling as a license to do more stealth censoring.”

“It’s a shame the majority ducked the free-speech merits in this case because Justice Alito’s warning about stealth censorship seems right given the Covid experience and the Administration’s desire to police ‘disinformation.’ Liberals may rue this in the future as much as conservatives do in this case,” the high-profile editorial board then claimed.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Justice Elena Kagan, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson in voting for tis decision.

In her majority opinion, Barrett stated that the plaintiffs failed to prove that the “Particular defendant pressured a particular platform to censor a particular topic before that platform suppressed a particular plaintiff’s speech on that topic.”

Yet, a mountain of evidence exists showing direct communications between White House officials and employees from prominent social media platforms such as X (then Twitter) and Meta.

Many Americans feel as if the Joe Biden administration just got away with murder

Despite Barrett’s claim that the plaintiff’s failed to prove their case, piles of leaked memos and internal communications show that the Biden administration unapologetically worked with social media companies to silence Americans online.

The Supreme Court’s failure to crack down on this overt attack on the first amendment means that the Joe Biden administration will likely keep up these behaviors as long as possible.

This concerns many Americans, especially with Election Day looming in the not so distant future.

As a result of this ruling, many expect Joe Biden and his allies to work with social media companies to launch a full court press on so-called “misinformation,” likely to be directed at his political rivals.
