615 Million people use Spotify to listen to music and podcasts.

Spotify has more than twice as many regular users as steaming giant Netflix – making it one of the biggest influencers in the world.

And now Spotify has revealed one censorship plan that could change everything you thought you knew about the 2024 election.

A false sense of security…

A few years ago, the cancel culture mob lit their torches, sharpened their pitchforks and went after Joe Rogan.

The PC-Thought Police wanted the biggest podcaster in the world removed from the biggest audio streaming service in the world, Spotify, because of jokes the host made.

To the surprise of many, Spotify stood behind Rogan, keeping him on the airwaves.

113 episodes of The Joe Rogan Experience were removed from the service, and it was first assumed that was by order of Spotify executives.

However, it turned out Rogan was the one who requested the removal of those specific episodes.

But don’t start beating the free-speech champion drums for Spotify just yet.

Just in time for the 2024 elections, the Sweden-based streaming service is ready to put its thumb down hard on the scales.

Spotify to monitor election “disinformation”

The Federalist is reporting that Spotify will be targeting what they deem to be “disinformation” this election cycle.

“Disinformation” and “misinformation” are terms radical leftists use to censor speech that strays from their woke narrative and world view.

The Federalist reports the plan was quietly announced at the very end of May.

Spotify is claiming to censor speech in the name of “election integrity.”

“With billions of people from over 50 countries heading to the polls to cast their vote, 2024 is shaping up to be the largest election year in history,” wrote Dustee Jenkins, Spotify’s Chief Public Affairs Officer. “Safeguarding our platform during critically important global events is a top priority for our teams, and we’ve spent years developing and refining our approach.”

Interesting Spotify is so concerned with supposed “election integrity” and using it as an excuse to censor speech – when the Left has fought tooth-and-nail against election integrity efforts from Republicans, like voter I.D. requirements.

How Spotify will influence the 2024 election

Spotify’s new policy will consist of teams conducting “risk assessment” of programming and monitoring for so-called “attempts to manipulate or interfere with election-related processes.”

Organized ballot harvesting efforts in places where it’s illegal are attempts to manipulate and interfere with election-related processes.

Sharing your political opinions or passing along news, stats, and facts are not.

Those are First Amendment protected rights.

The Federalist is reporting that Spotify is using its partner, Irish-based Kinzen to use analytics to monitor content on the streaming service.

Kinzen was created by former Twitter executive Mark Little “and a coterie of politically well-connected journalists,” according to The Federalist.

Who is Mark Little?

The unholy alliance of Big Tech and Big Media will be monitoring Spotify creators to make sure there is no “misinformation” about the 2024 election.

That elicits flashbacks to the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell story suppression ahead of the 2020 election.

Exit polls indicated that had the Hunter Biden laptop story not been censored, Trump would have won the election outright.

As for Little’s history of censorship, he once reposted on the little-used Meta Threads a Washington Post article celebrating 70,000 “right-wing” accounts being banned on Twitter following January 6, and claiming that “lies plummeted” afterwards.

Now, these types of draconian political speech restrictions and censorship are coming to Spotify, the largest subscription-based streaming platform in the world – just in time for the Trump vs. Biden rematch.
