Radicals are quickly taking over the Left.

They’re even sitting in the halls of Congress.

And two far-left Congresswomen were shamed into deleting one embarrassing message.

The American educational system has been dominated by hardcore leftists for decades.

Universities and even K-12 schools are churning out left-wing activists.

Tweedledee and Tweedledum

Look no further than Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO).

Omar was brought into the United States as a Somali refugee, and was miseducated at an American university.

Bush was born and raised in St. Louis, and was equally miseducated.

Both Congresswomen identify as democratic socialists, so it’s no surprise they have an antipathy toward the country.

Omar and Bush both used Memorial Day to make political statements, and exhibited that they do not know the meaning of the national holiday.

They both confused it with Veterans Day.

Omar wrote to her social media account, “On Memorial Day, we honor the heroic men and women who served our country. We owe them more than our gratitude – they have more than earned access to quality mental health services, job opportunities, housing assistance, and the benefits they were promised.”

Bush wrote to her account, “This Memorial Day & every day, we honor our veterans in St. Louis. We must invest in universal health care, affordable housing, comprehensive mental health services, and educational & economic opportunities for our veterans as we work to build a world free of war and violence.”

Both women were shamed into deleting the messages.

But they are not outliers.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), another democratic socialist, has shown her ignorance on basic American civics on numerous occasions.

They are activists.

In the case of Omar, the United States does not even seem to be her top priority.

Somalia on her mind

She got caught on video giving a speech where she effectively said that she was Somalia First.

Omar told the crowd in her native tongue, “I got calls from a lot of people saying, ‘Ilhan, you need to talk to the U.S. government; what is the government of the U.S. doing?’ My answer to their question was that the U.S. government will do what we tell them to do about it. We need to be confident in ourselves. We live in this country; it is the country that we pay tax to, and it is the country that one of your daughters is in. As long as I am in the U.S. Congress, no one will take a way in the Somali sea or water. And I will not support the U.S. government in supporting other people to rob us. Rest assured that it will not happen, Minnesota. The lady that you sent to Congress knows about you, and she feels your interest like you all do.”

If only Omar was as passionate about the United States.

While Omar and Bush might be on the fringes for now, in another generation, they will be in the center of the Democrat Party.
