Judge Judith Sheindlin has spent decades now reading wrongdoers the riot act.

Meanwhile, President Joe Biden’s U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland turns a blind eye to criminal acts and instead focuses on punishing Churchgoers and concerned parents.

And now voters will want to replace Garland with Judge Judy after hearing her solution to crippling crime.

“Don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining”

For 25 seasons Judge Judy Sheindlin ruled the daytime airwaves with her courtroom arbitration show, Judge Judy

Following 6,280 episodes, Sheindlin and CBS parted ways in 2021.

The tough-nosed Judge from Brooklyn then signed a historic deal bringing a new show, Judy Justice, to Amazon’s free streaming service, Freevee.

As part of the deal, Sheindlin also created another court show for Freevee, Tribunal Justice

While Judy Justice has a different look and feel from her old Judge Judy show – it’s the same no-nonsense Judy with a short temper and even less patience for suffering fools.

But if the litigants on Judy Justice think Sheindlin is tough on them, they need to hear what she just said about soft-on-crime district attorneys.

“If you tell the truth, then you don’t have to have a good memory”

As American families suffer through a crime epidemic under President Joe Biden’s unwatchful eye – radical leftist district attorneys and attorneys general – many backed by billionaire socialist Democrat mega donor George Soros – are more concerned with so-called “criminal justice reform” than they are protecting law-abiding citizens.

These woke politicians support “de-incarceration policies” like removing requirements for cash bail, social work programs instead of jail time and not prosecuting certain crimes committed by certain demographic groups.

And in an interview with Fox News Digital, Judge Judy said it’s no surprise that the recipe is resulting in more crime.

“When you have district attorneys who are charged — whose job it is to do justice — to keep the community safe . . . when you have elected district attorneys who don’t know what their job is, they should go find another job,” Sheindlin said. “Fill ice cream cones someplace. But don’t ruin cities. And what’s happened around New York City, Portland, San Francisco, you had district attorneys who didn’t know what their job was. And the cities are ruined, people are leaving.”

It is unclear if the “fill ice cream cones” line was a subtle knock at President Joe Biden or not.

But either way, Sheindlin believes Americans need to do better at the ballot box – and fast.

“I think we better get smarter before we get lost,” the judge added. “Permanently lost.”

“That’s a bunch of who shot John”

In the interview, Sheindlin also pin-pointed when she believed the shift to looking at criminals as victims started.

“And when society started to make excuses for bad behavior, and react to criminality based upon the excuses, it fell apart,” Sheindlin said. “You know, there is always a reason for criminal behavior – didn’t have a good upbringing, didn’t have two parents in the house, didn’t have one parent in the house. There’s always a reason. You’re mentally ill. That’s a reason. You took drugs, that’s a reason. You took alcohol, your brain is fried… Whatever it is.”

But according to Judge Judy, a “reason” is not an excuse, and doesn’t make a criminal into a victim.

And Sheindlin specifically took issue with a recent legal change in her home state of New York, where FBI data shows crime has been at historic levels since the start of the pandemic.

The new law shifted the age a criminal could be charged as an adult from 16 to 18.

“Well, that’s ridiculous,” the judge said. “If you have family, if you have a mother who’s 65 years old who’s walking to the grocery store and some crazy for no reason hits her over the head with a steel pipe and kills her, and they’re 17, that person should never be allowed to walk the street again, because society can’t take a chance.”

What Judge Sheindlin is advocating for is the same common-sense, tough-on-crime approach American voters are starving for.
