YouTube deleted Rand Paul's account for saying cloth masks do not stop COVID.
Now Peter Navarro has released a book demanding Fauci rot in prison.
What YouTube is doing to Fauci critics is already documented in a letter their own lawyers sent to Congress.
How Biden Officials Used YouTube to Run COVID Censorship
Thirteen months ago, Alphabet's lawyers sent the House Judiciary Committee a letter.
Biden officials had conducted "repeated and sustained outreach" to press YouTube to remove what the lawyers themselves called "non-violative" content – videos that broke no platform rule.
Now YouTube is doing it again.
Peter Navarro – Trump's Senior Counselor for Trade and Manufacturing and author of the new book Why Fauci Must Rot in Prison – sat for an interview with Epoch Times Senior Editor Jan Jekielek on American Thought Leaders on October 13.
Five days later, it had 21,248 views.
The ten most recent episodes before Navarro's averaged 170,000 views.
A Dr. Phil episode that had been live for one day already had 47,000 – more than double Navarro's five-day total.
YouTube did not take the video down.
That would have made news.
Instead they reached for what their own policy calls "Reduce" – the option that keeps the video live while stripping it of everything that actually creates views: the recommendation engine stops pushing it, search results bury it, 584,000 subscribers never get notified it exists, and the platform flags it as "borderline" so it stays away from anyone who was not already looking.
The video stays up.
Navarro calls it a cell with no door.
YouTube Suspended Rand Paul and Ron Johnson for Being Right About COVID
In August 2021, Senator Rand Paul – a practicing physician – told Americans that cloth masks do not prevent COVID infection.
YouTube deleted the video and suspended his account for a week.
Rand Paul was right.
Senator Ron Johnson brought medical witnesses to the Senate in December 2020 to testify on early COVID treatments – YouTube deleted the hearing.
Six months later, Johnson said hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin deserved further study as safe generic drugs.
He got another week-long suspension.
In April 2021, Governor Ron DeSantis sat with Jay Bhattacharya of Stanford, Martin Kulldorff of Harvard, Sunetra Gupta of Oxford, and Dr. Scott Atlas of the Hoover Institution to discuss why children should not be masked.
The entire roundtable disappeared from the platform.
Bhattacharya, Kulldorff, and Gupta co-authored the Great Barrington Declaration, signed by tens of thousands of doctors and scientists who argued that blanket lockdowns would kill more people than they saved.
NIH Director Francis Collins privately ordered "a quick and devastating published takedown" of the Declaration and dismissed its authors as "fringe epidemiologists."
Fauci recorded in his diary on October 15, 2020: "I blew away the Great Barrington Declaration."
YouTube finished the job.
Fauci's own diary – obtained by congressional investigators – also recorded "a lack of a lot of data for safety among young individuals particularly in the context of myocarditis" while the White House chief of staff was pushing hard to finalize vaccine approval.
His private notes from eight months prior flagged that post-dose fever could "theoretically" be associated with first-trimester miscarriage.
Say that on YouTube in 2021 and your channel was deleted.
The people YouTube silenced were citing Fauci's own private concerns about the vaccines he was mandating.
Fauci Invoked the Fifth Amendment in Senate Testimony While YouTube Buried His Critics
Fauci appeared before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on July 29, 2026, and declined to answer questions under oath – invoking the Fifth Amendment.
The man YouTube spent four years shielding from any serious challenge is now refusing to say under oath what he actually did.
And YouTube is still suppressing anyone who asks.
Wyoming Rep. Harriet Hageman has introduced legislation that would give Americans legal standing to sue federal officials who use government pressure to censor constitutionally protected speech.
It should have existed four years ago.
Fauci is pleading the Fifth while the censors are still at the switch.
