Bill Gates was never elected to anything and never held public office.
Louisiana's attorney general just put his name on a criminal investigation anyway.
What she uncovered about his relationship with the federal government is something Gates has never been asked to answer under oath.
Obama Gave Bill Gates a Top Secret Q Clearance and Nobody Asked Why
During the July 29 Fauci hearing, Senator Rand Paul entered a Department of Energy letter into the Congressional Record confirming that Bill Gates held a "Q" security clearance from June 2014 through December 2021.
A "Q" clearance is equivalent to Top Secret, granting access to nuclear weapons data and Restricted government information.
Obama's administration granted it.
The DOE initially requested the clearance details remain confidential.
Paul forced the disclosure anyway.
That clearance covered the entire COVID-19 pandemic, and Gates put it to use.
In April 2020, Gates sent Anthony Fauci his pandemic policy memo before it reached the World Health Organization or any government policymaker.
In January 2022, Gates sent Fauci the unpublished manuscript for his book How to Prevent the Next Pandemic and asked him to edit Chapter 9 – Gates' personal blueprint for how the world should respond to future outbreaks.
Fauci returned tracked edits within five days.
Then he told Gates what happened to the copy.
Fauci wrote that he had passed the manuscript to a colleague who "destroyed it after reading it."
That colleague was Dr. David Morens, a senior NIH official.
Documents also show DARPA briefed the Gates Foundation on military biological threat programs, including research into a transmissible Lassa vaccine.
Francis Collins, who led NIH during this period, scrambled privately in 2018 to understand his own agency's financial dependence on the Gates Foundation.
Collins separately told Melinda French Gates that drawing NIH and the Gates Foundation into alignment had been the defining work of his tenure.
No public explanation for why a private citizen needed Top Secret government access has ever been provided.
Fauci Diary Exposes What He Was Hiding When He Took the Fifth 111 Times
Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill's office previously deposed Fauci in litigation Louisiana and Missouri brought against the federal government.
Fauci claimed repeatedly he could not recall key details of his own actions.
Then Paul released the diaries.
Those contemporaneous records, kept by Fauci himself throughout the pandemic, directly contradict what he swore to Louisiana and Missouri under oath.
Fauci then appeared before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee – and took the Fifth 111 times rather than answer a single question.
Sen. Ron Johnson told Fauci it would be "almost impossible" to answer truthfully without exposing what he did.
Paul has scheduled a contempt vote this week.
Liz Murrill Names Bill Gates in a State Criminal Investigation Biden Cannot Stop
Murrill went on Newsmax and confirmed the Gates connection is now part of Louisiana's criminal investigation.
"Fauci lied," Murrill posted Saturday — pointing directly to the gap between his deposition claims and the diary entries Paul released.
Perjury, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy to defraud the public are all on the table.
Biden's federal pardon does not apply.
"It has no effect on state law," Murrill told Newsmax. "We all need answers."
For Murrill, this is not abstract.
Her son developed myocarditis after receiving the Pfizer vaccine during the federal government's vaccination campaign.
"I think we need to know whether he profited from this personally," she told Newsmax.
Murrill is not alone.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier opened his own investigation immediately after Fauci's Senate appearance, calling his lack of candor "unbelievable" and saying it was past time the country got the truth about what happened during COVID.
Alabama will also join according to Senator Tommy Tuberville, who’s running for Governor this fall.
Three Republican attorneys general – in Louisiana, Florida, and Alabama – are now independently examining whether anything Fauci said, signed, or did during the pandemic constitutes a crime under their states' laws.
Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry, who personally deposed Fauci in 2022 when he served as state attorney general, welcomed Murrill's announcement.
Gates, Fauci, Collins, NIH, and DARPA operated as a private network – Top Secret clearances, destroyed manuscripts, contradicted deposition testimony – spending American lives and American money while answering to no elected official.
Biden's pardon was supposed to close the book.
Three attorneys general just opened it again.
