To the Deep State, the biggest threat to America isn’t China or Russia – it’s Trump supporters.
They are working overtime to punish them for truly challenging their agenda.
And the Deep State just got caught doing something shockingly illegal to attack Trump supporters.
The U.S. Constitution has strong protections for the privacy of American citizens.
If there isn’t probable cause of an American committing a crime, they have the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures as outlined in the Fourth Amendment.
This has placed strong restrictions on intelligence agencies, for good reasons.
The U.S. government shouldn’t be allowed to rifle around Americans’ private communications if they have not committed a crime.
There are entire groups working to protect Americans from this happening.
But a new bombshell document proves that the Deep State doesn’t care about that when it comes to Trump supporters and conservatives.
The document shows that the FBI went around the FISA court in order to look through NSA communications to search for “far-right domestic extremists,” despite the very same document admitting they had been warned years earlier that it was unconstitutional.
Presiding FISA judge James Boasberg said he discovered “apparent widespread violations of the querying standard” in the document.
The document in question is a heavily redacted FISA report dated November 18, 2020, which was declassified this week, which shows that seven FBI field officers were implicated in the violations.
In the document, it shows that an FBI analyst searched NSA data “in connection with predicated criminal investigations relating to domestic terrorism,” with 33 results turning up.
This is in direct defiance to a federal judge’s ruling in 2018 and 2019 that searching through NSA electric communications to evade warrants is unconstitutional.
Considering that this came directly after the 2020 election, it is clear that the FBI was hoping to gain intelligence on Trump supporters who were upset with the results of the election.
It is unclear if any arrests were made with this information, but they certainly used it for investigations going into the later protests of the 2020 election results.
And they probably never thought anybody would find out, and likely think they will get away with it.
They have good reason to think that.
Not one person involved in spying in Trump’s 2016 campaign spent a single day in jail.
