Alvin Bragg’s Trump hush money trial went full circus after this development

Democrats have attempted to keep Donald Trump tied up in court indefinitely with case after case.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg now has his Stormy Daniels case up on the docket against Trump.

And Alvin Bragg’s Trump hush money trial went full circus after this development.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is intent on making a mountain out of a molehill with the Stormy Daniels hush money case.

Legal experts on both sides of the aisle have slammed Bragg’s case as “absurd.”

Kangaroo court

Nevertheless, Bragg is zooming full speed ahead.

And in a district that went 87% for Joe Biden, Donald Trump is unlikely to get a fair trial.

In fact, jurors have already been dismissed as a result.

One juror expressed “concerns about her ability to be fair and impartial” and dropped out.

Another juror was worried about her identity being revealed.

She told the Judge, “Yesterday alone, I have had friends, family push things to my phone regarding questioning my identity as a juror. . .I don’t believe at this point I can be fair and unbiased.”

Judge Juan Merchan then ripped the press for leaking details that allowed people to piece together the identity of jurors.

The press bloodhounds

He said, “There’s a reason why this is an anonymous jury, and we’ve taken the measures that we’ve taken. . .It kind of defeats the purpose of that when so much information is put out there that makes it very, very easy to find out who they are. . .[The excused juror] said she was afraid and intimidated by all the press. We just lost what may have been a very good juror.”

Judge Merchan has also come under fire for being a wild partisan.

First, he allowed Bragg’s case to go to trial despite its lack of merit.

Bragg charged Trump with falsifying business records because Trump listed an alleged payoff to Stormy Daniels as a legal expense to Michael Cohen; Cohen paid off Daniels, then Trump reimbursed.

The business records charge is a misdemeanor, but Bragg enhanced it to a felony by asserting that Trump violated federal campaign finance laws.

Bragg could not charge Trump with a state campaign finance violation because the statute of limitations had expired, so he used this bogus business records gambit.

Worse yet, there is no way to determine if the hush money was for the sole purpose of a political campaign.

The entire case is a sham, but Bragg knows that an anti-Trump judge and jury will be on his side.
