Democrats and their media allies have no choice but to defend Joe Biden at all costs.
He is their only chance at stopping Donald Trump at this point.
And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez asked one question about the Bidens that immediately blew up in her face.
The Democrat-controlled media and Big Tech helped Joe Biden get elected in 2020 by ignoring and suppressing Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell” scandal.
But now that illegal activity from Biden’s laptop is being corroborated, the Democrats can no longer ignore the scandal.
During a Congressional hearing, former Hunter Biden associate Tony Bobulinski was testifying as part of Joe Biden’s impeachment inquiry, and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) asked Bobulinski one question that she regretted.
Not the answer she wanted
Ocasio-Cortez pressed, “Did you witness the President commit a crime?”
“Yes,” said Bobulinski.
Ocasio-Cortez responded, “And what crime have you witnessed?”
Bobulinski replied, “How much time do I have to go through it?”
Ocasio-Cortez answered, “It is simple. You name the crime. Did you watch him steal something?”
Bobulinski shot back, “Corruption statutes, RICO and conspiracy, FARA.”
RICO stands for the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, and FARA is the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
Ocasio-Cortez interjected, “What is the crime, sir, specifically?”
Bobulinski explained, “You asked me to answer the question. I answered the question. RICO, you’re obviously not familiar with. Corruption statutes. FARA.”
Not a crime
Ocasio-Cortez then blew it when she said that RICO was not a crime.
She smugly replied, “Excuse me, sir, RICO is not a crime. It is a category.”
Bobulinski retorted, “Oh no, it’s a category of crime that you are then charged with. . .It’s funny, in this committee room — everyone’s not here — there’s over 18 lawyers that went to law school. I’ll leave it up to you guys to define the statute.”
Ocasio-Cortez challenged, “Okay, sir, I reclaim my time. . .Clearly, what we are seeing her today is the continuation of the 15-month saga of the Republican majority lost in the desert.”
She filibustered after she did not get the response she wanted.
AOC completely LOSES IT when Tony Bobulinski gives her an answer to her question she doesn’t like:

After Ocasio-Cortez’s embarrassing contention that RICO was not a crime, she got roasted online.
Sara Gonzales of The Blaze commented, “Well damn. Hope @AOC can tell Fani Willis to drop those RICO charges against Trump.”
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is currently using the RICO statute in Georgia to throw Donald Trump and his lawyers in prison.
They will be delighted to find out that RICO is not a crime.
