Donald Trump and Joe Biden have both secured enough delegates to ensure their nominations as the Republican and Democrat nominees for President.
But third-party candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. could play a major role in determining the outcome this November.
And the potential Joe Biden reelection spoiler just dropped a truth bomb on Biden’s Supreme Court appointee.
RFK Jr. plans to make a major impact this November, courting voters from both sides
From very early on, a rematch between Donald Trump and Joe Biden seemed imminent.
However, several Independent candidates have emerged, including Robert Kennedy Jr., who could turn the 2024 election cycle on its head.
Last Monday, RFK Jr. appeared on NewsNation with host Chris Cuomo to discuss his candidacy, as well as his top issues.
Most notably, RFK Jr. sounded off on his censorship concerns, which has helped him to gain support from voters on both sides of the political aisle.
While discussing the ongoing Murthy v Missouri case, Kennedy said, “Social media sites are welcome to have community rules where they can censor stuff. But once the government gets involved, then the First Amendment is implicated.”
Host Chris Cuomo was not having any of it and quickly switched the focus of his interview with RFK Jr.
Cuomo referenced a tweet that RFK Jr.’s sister, Kerry Kennedy, sent out on St. Patrick’s Day of the Kennedy family (sans RFK. Jr.) posing with Joe Biden at the White House, with the caption “@POTUS President Biden, you make the world better. Happy St. Patrick’s Day.”

Per Cuomo, “What does it mean when the people who know you best say Joe Biden is better than their own brother, uncle, cousin?”
RFK Jr. replied, “Although that looks like a big crowd of people, it is a very small percentage of my family. As you know from your family, we don’t always agree on things.”
“There are many people in my family who work for the Biden administration. President Biden is an old friend of my family. I understand that many of them disagree with me on the war in Ukraine, they disagree with me,” Kennedy went on.
The scion of the famous Kennedy clan got more specific.
“On some of the public health issues, they disagree with me on the free speech issue. So, you know, we can disagree with each other in a friendly way and still love each other,” he added.
The topic of government censorship could play a major role in the 2024 election
Elections typically center on key issues that matter most to voters, and this cycle experts believe that immigration and the economy will take center stage.
However, the federal government’s use of censorship to silence Americans online could come front and center.
Voters from both sides have thrown their support behind Independent candidates like RFK Jr., who has made this topic one of his leading issues.
