Ever since Republicans took back control of the House of Representatives, more details have merged about the complex role that the Joe Biden administration plays in silencing Americans.
Anyone who poses a threat to the interests of the radical Left and the Joe Biden political machine is subject to censorship, which goes against everything America stands for.
At the forefront of the investigation regarding Joe Biden’s defacing of the First Amendment is Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio who serves as the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
Just the other day, Rep. Jordan issued subpoenas to a number of prominent bureaucrats within the Biden administration including the Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) head Jen Easterly, State Department’s Global Engagement Center (GEC) coordinator James Rubin, and director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Dr. Rochelle Walensky.
These subpoenas are part of the Judiciary Committee’s investigation into the politically motivated censorship of Americans on several Big Tech platforms.
In the subpoena, Rep. Jordan says “Numerous documents made publicly available reflect the weaponization of the federal government’s power to censor speech online directly and by proxy.”
He added, “It is necessary for Congress to gauge the extent to which the CDC coerced, pressured, worked with, or relied upon social media and other tech companies in order to censor speech.”
None of the agencies he wrote to have produced the records he requested, and their deadline to produce such records is May 22, 2023.

Although Democrats are chalking these investigations up to partisan attacks, the exact opposite is true.
The federal government’s alleged use of censorship to quiet dissent is the very reason why the founding fathers drafted the first amendment in the first place.
Americans deserve to know why Joe Biden and his goons think it is acceptable to dismantle the Constitution to achieve their political goals.
If these agencies do not respond to Rep. Jordan’s subpoenas, then Jim Jordan is within his right to use the full extent of the law to extract answers from these bureaucrats
