One poll after another shows that a majority of Americans do not approve of Joe Biden.

Biden and his allies seem hell-bent on injecting the intrusive arm of government further into people’s everyday lives.

But Joe Biden started sweating bullets after this Attorney General refused to hold back.

This Attorney General just set the record straight on this ongoing Supreme Court case

Congress has uncovered massive amounts of evidence indicating that the Joe Biden administration allegedly worked with social media companies to silence Americans online.

For many legal experts and concerned Americans, this equates to censorship, which violates the First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and freedom of the press.

However, Joe Biden and his cronies often call these brazen actions “misinformation prevention,” which Democrats and many big tech companies have invested heavily in.

As you read this, the Supreme Court is hashing out the Murthy v Missouri case, where the Supreme Court will decide whether so-called “misinformation” prevention infringes on the First Amendment rights of Americans.

In a recent interview with Fox News Digital, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey set the record straight on this case, explaining its significance to the American public.

“This is the most important First Amendment suit in this nation’s history,” Bailey began. “We’ve uncovered a relationship of coercion and collusion between the Biden White House across a spectrum of federal bureaucratic agencies targeting free speech for censorship at the government’s demand on Big Tech social media platforms.”

He then told Fox News Digital, “We’ve got to build a wall of separation between Big Tech and state to protect our First Amendment right to free speech.”

On March 18, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments regarding Murthy v Missouri, and Associate Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson made headlines after demonstrating a fundamental misunderstanding of the First Amendment.

During the oral arguments, she said, “Your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the federal government in significant ways in the most important time periods.”

She added, “The government actually has a duty to take steps to protect the citizens of this country . . . by encouraging or even pressuring platforms to take down harmful information.”

In essence, Ketanji Brown Jackson seems to believe that the First Amendment exists to protect the federal government, rather than protect the rights of the American public.

The Murthy v Missouri case shows that the future of the First Amendment is in great danger

Ketanji Brown Jackson’s fundamental misunderstanding of the First Amendment demonstrates the peril that the First Amendment faces.

Most Americans used to learn from a young age that the First Amendment exists to protect the individual liberties of the American public.

The First Amendment served as a direct response to the British government’s restriction on free speech before the Revolutionary War, ensuring that such attacks on personal liberty would not happen in the newly founded United States of America.

The fact that Joe Biden, Ketanji Brown Jackson, and others in Washington, D.C. have become so motivated to undermine the First Amendment should terrify more Americans.
