Through her tenure as the most coherent—although evasive—person in the White House, Jen Psaki enjoyed celebrity status.
But it seems all was not as it should have been.
Now the former Press Secretary just got the worst news—and what she’ll be forced to share under oath could change everything.
Jen Psaki has been doing everything in her power to avoid spilling the beans about her role in allegedly colluding with Big Tech to censor Americans through her role in Joe Biden’s administration.
No doubt, she had hoped that splitting from the White House to cash in on her fame as the face of Joe Biden’s administration would also allow her to abandon responsibility for her actions.
Judge rejects Psaki lawyer’s attempt to block court-ordered deposition in Big Tech/Big Government collusion lawsuit
But a judge just pulled her up short with a ruling that she must testify as lawyers collect evidence for a lawsuit that alleges the Biden administration was working closely with Big Tech to violate Americans’ First Amendment rights.
“Judge Terry Doughty of the Western District of Louisiana on Monday rejected a motion by attorneys for Psaki to block a court-ordered deposition, and said there is public interest in ‘determining whether First Amendment free speech rights have been suppressed,’” Fox News reported.
Chances are that the lawsuit is spot on.
Psaki has been fighting the deposition with the backing of Biden’s Justice Department.
“Ms. Psaki’s effort to eliminate or delay her deposition in this action had failed because of the swift action of two judges in widely dispersed courts, one in Virginia and one in Louisiana, and by the implausibility of her reasons for not testifying as to Federal efforts to censure social media that made quick resolution possible,” John J. Vecchione, senior counsel for the New Civil Liberties Alliance, explained in a press release.
His organization is supporting the lawsuit which was filed by the Attorneys General of Missouri and Louisiana.
“After finding documentation of a collusive relationship between the Biden administration and social media companies to censor free speech, we immediately filed a motion to get these officials under oath,” Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, a Republican, said.
“It is high time we shine a light on this censorship enterprise and force these officials to come clean to the American people, and this ruling will allow us to do just that. We’ll keep pressing for the truth,” he added.
The evidence against the Biden administration continues to pile up with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg admitting that he took marching orders from the FBI to cover up the Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” story in the days leading up to the 2020 presidential election.
Studies have since revealed that a history-shifting 17% of Biden voters say they never would have supported him if they’d heard about how his son was using his father’s position to rake in tens of millions of dollars.
And even though Democrats keep pretending that everything they don’t want to hear is “misinformation,” the past is catching up with them quickly.
