Jeanine Pirro has spent months watching DC grand juries refuse to indict left-wing criminals.
Now Congress has the documents showing exactly how the Left organized it.
What the newly elected court clerk said on camera about her superpower landed her in a congressional investigation.
From Housing Fraud Conviction to Maryland Courthouse
Qiana Johnson was convicted in 2015 of felony theft over $100,000 and conspiracy in a housing fraud scheme targeting 20 vacant homes in Prince George's County, Maryland.
The scheme ran on forged real estate documents used to steal vacant properties.
Eleven years later, she ran for Prince George's County Circuit Court Clerk.
She won the June 2026 Democrat primary and runs unopposed in November.
Johnson is now the incoming clerk of Prince George's County Circuit Court – positioned inside the justice system in the county where she once committed her crimes.
On August 12, 2026, Johnson appeared at a jury nullification training workshop in Washington's Congress Heights neighborhood, co-hosted by left-wing activist groups called Free DC and Harriet's Wildest Dreams.
Harriet's Wildest Dreams is a prison abolition group founded by former Black Lives Matter leaders.
Johnson told the crowd something that night that should have ended her political career on the spot.
"You have this superpower, and that superpower is you are able to nullify that goddamn jury," she told the room.
She also bragged that one of her own trainers couldn't be there because he was currently sitting on a jury.
That is the Left's master plan.
House Oversight Found Dark Money Funding the Jury Nullification Network
The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee launched a formal investigation this month.
Chairman James Comer sent both groups formal letters demanding records of every training session, outside partner, and funding source.
What Congress found goes beyond one loud courthouse clerk.
The training materials explicitly instruct attendees to lie during jury selection.
One documented coaching point instructs trainees to "never mention jury nullification."
The activists pose as neutral jurors during selection, swear an oath to follow the law, and then vote to acquit based on ideology instead of evidence.
This is not a couple of rogue professors running weekend seminars – it is a coordinated national network that is already delivering acquittals.
Johnson boasted at the August 12 session that a juror in the Sean Dunn prosecution had attended one of their trainings.
After seven hours of deliberation, the jury acquitted Dunn – a former Department of Justice employee charged with assaulting a federal marshal by throwing a submarine sandwich at him.
Comer called the programs an outright assault on "constitutional rights and processes" that made congressional oversight immediately necessary.
Rep. Julia Letlow (R-LA) already pushed a House Appropriations amendment forcing the federal judiciary to report back to Congress on how badly this has spread.
Both groups were given until October 27 to comply with the document requests – a deadline that has already passed.
The same people who spent four years screaming that no one is above the law are now training activists to lie under oath, sneak onto juries, and acquit their political allies regardless of the evidence.
That is not irony – that is the plan.
Free DC's funding runs through the Center for Community Change and Community Change Action – nonprofits connected to left-wing dark money networks bankrolling identical workshops across the country.
Georgetown Law professor and MSNBC legal analyst Paul Butler openly advocates for black jurors to nullify verdicts in cases involving black defendants.
The network that spent three years chanting "defund the police" is now carrying out that radical agenda from inside the jury box.
And a convicted felon wins a courthouse seat and immediately starts coaching people to corrupt the jury pool she now oversees.
What these groups are running is jury tampering.
Instructing citizens to lie during jury selection and deliberately violate their sworn oath is a federal crime.
The woman running these workshops from inside a Maryland courthouse should be the first one charged.
