Anna Paulina Luna Just Exposed the Chinese Money Keeping the American Left Alive

China has been secretly funding the entire far-left wing of the Democratic Party for years.

Now a Florida congresswoman has named the man running the operation – and he is hiding in Shanghai.

And what she found traces the money from Beijing to every anti-ICE riot that has hit American streets.

The Shanghai Fugitive Behind the Far Left's Money Machine

Neville Roy Singham is an American billionaire who sold his tech company, moved to Shanghai, and turned himself into one of the most important financial engines of American far-left politics.

Fox News Digital has tracked $278 million moving from Singham into organizations built to sow division inside the United States.

The recipients include Code Pink, the People's Forum, BreakThrough News, Tricontinental, the ANSWER Coalition, and the Party for Socialism and Liberation – all groups the State Department has officially linked to Chinese Communist Party influence operations.

The State Department told Congress in February that these organizations are paid to advance the priorities of the CCP's United Front Work Department – Beijing's dedicated arm for covert foreign influence operations.

These are not fringe clubs.

They organized anti-ICE riots across American cities, dispatched pre-printed protest signs to demonstrators, and funded the street-level chaos that Democrats then used to attack Trump's immigration enforcement.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna made the motion to subpoena Singham in January 2026, and the House Oversight Committee voted to issue it.

Singham has not complied – he is sitting in Shanghai, beyond the reach of U.S. process servers, funding American political chaos from abroad while Congress demands answers he has no intention of providing.

The Department of Justice has since launched a grand jury investigation into Singham's financial activities.

As of this month, three of his funded groups – People's Forum, BreakThrough News, and Tricontinental – received about $39 million from his network and were warned by a House panel to comply with congressional subpoenas or face being hauled before Congress themselves.

Luna's Foreign Propaganda Disclosure Act Would Blow the Whole Operation Open

Luna introduced the Foreign Propaganda Disclosure Act on August 24, 2026.

Her bill does one thing: if you are a social media influencer getting paid by a foreign government to push political content at Americans, you have to say so publicly – or face federal criminal exposure.

Right now, foreign money flows to influencers, influencers shape what millions of Americans think, and not a single dollar of it has to be disclosed.

Luna says she heard from inside the influencer world about payments moving "on the back end" – routed through networks that disguise their origin before landing with American influencers who push the content Beijing wants pushed.

She has described the current situation as "kind of like the wild west," but wild is the wrong word.

This operation is organized, funded, and directed – with every protest chant and every social media campaign pushing content that serves Beijing's interests, not America's.

The bill has bipartisan co-sponsors, including Democratic Rep. Jared Moskowitz of Florida – which tells you something about how obvious the problem has become even to some Democrats.

What Luna is describing is documented – by the State Department, by Fox News, and by three separate congressional committees that have been chasing Singham with subpoenas for over a year.

Singham is ignoring all of it, because he correctly calculated that the consequences would be minimal.

Luna's legislation changes that calculation entirely.

If every influencer pushing far-left content must disclose their financial relationship to foreign governments, the grassroots illusion collapses overnight.

The protests stop looking like organic American anger and start looking exactly like what they are – a foreign-funded operation designed to weaken this country from within.

That is what Luna means when she says forced transparency will trigger "a lot of shifting happening within the grassroots of the Democrat Party."

She is not wrong.

The far Left's entire street-level infrastructure traces back to one man who has never been called to account for any of it.

Luna is trying to make sure he cannot hide forever.
