People are more alarmed than ever before in this century that World War III will break out any day.

All hell could break loose over one misstep in the game of brinkmanship on a seldom-acknowledged battlefield.

But Chris Pavlovski just revealed the jaw-dropping foreign ally threats that could upend the world power balance.

Massive resources devoted to limiting personal liberties

Since Joe Biden took the Oath of Office in 2021, the world has exploded in violence and chaos.

Wars rage on in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, with other conflicts brewing all across the globe.

To add insult to injury, crime has overwhelmed many Western nations, particularly in urban areas.

Rather than focus on the actual crime surges, power-hungry politicians have instead devoted massive resources to policing the Internet for so-called “misinformation.”

On many occasions, politicians from America and its allies have decried the spread of so-called “misinformation,” claiming that it presents a legitimate threat to the future of their respective nations.

Chris Pavlovski, the founder and CEO of streaming giant Rumble, revealed that many Western nations’ government officials have reached out to him requesting that he censor content on his platform.

Pavlovski spoke out about the shocking requests at a hearing of the House Subcommittee on Global Health, Global Human Rights, and International Organizations last week.

“We were surprised in 2022 when we received a request from the French government to block certain news sources,” Pavlovski admitted.“Rather than comply, we simply disabled access to the platform in France and challenged the legality of this demand.”

Pavlovski then disclosed that Brazilian officials demanded bans on specific accounts who’d done nothing wrong.

“Earlier this year, we received requests from the Brazilian government to remove certain creators from our platform,”  Pavlovski acknowledged.

“Again, the content did not violate our terms and conditions, but instead shared opinions that were ‘unpopular’ in Brazil at the time,” the tech mogul added.

Humanity has been down this road before

The CEO suggested that governments and citizens learn from history.

“Every totalitarian regime that has crushed the rights of individuals, has sought to control what people can say and hear,” Pavlovski noted. “It’s never the good guys doing the censoring. If the United States won’t stand up for freedom of speech – who will?”

Nations such as China, North Korea, and Russia have quelled free speech for many years, in an attempt to hold onto power.

Shocking extent of the global censorship infrastructure

As Pavlovski pointed out in front of Congress, these sorts of behaviors have also now become increasingly common in Western nations such as the United States, France, Australia, and Brazil.

The heavy emphasis placed on “misinformation prevention” by officials in these nations has now resulted in billions of taxpayers’ dollars going toward policing internet speech.

The Americans have already been thrown into chaos over charges.

Democrat Party politicians cast doubt on the results of elections after hurling out charges of foreign intervention and collusion they effectively manufactured from thin air, all for their own political gain during the last two Presidential elections.

The world is a much more dangerous place in 2024, and the world power balance could drastically change.

Sadly, those trying to return to the misinformation playbook to circumvent free speech this election year seem oblivious to it.
