Alejandro Mayorkas was sopping with sweat when he heard these six words from a furious GOP Congressman

The establishment is losing all of its credibility.

That’s why the D.C. Swamp has resorted to mass censorship and other shady tactics.

And Alejandro Mayorkas was sopping with sweat when he heard these six words from a furious GOP Congressman.

The shockwaves are still being felt after a bombshell report from The Intercept detailing systematic collusion between Big Tech firms and the federal government, specifically through the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The government cannot infringe on free speech rights because of the First Amendment, but government agencies have been getting private companies to do it for them.

That’s blatantly illegal too because when those private individuals act at the behest of government it makes them de facto government agents.

North Carolina Republican vows jail for government censors

So Biden administration DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ forehead beaded up with sweat when he heard the furious vow GOP Congressman Dan Bishop (R-NC) had for the villains responsible.

Bishop wants consequences for all of the people who broke the law in this jaw-dropping corruption case.

The Congressman wrote, “DHS and social media companies work together to silence free speech. This blatant censorship WILL NOT be tolerated. I am drafting legislation to impose harsh criminal penalties on government officials who violate Americans’ 1st amendment rights.”

Polls and betting markets project that the Republicans will regain control of both Chambers of Congress.

If that happens, Bishop and the Republicans will undoubtedly have major questions for various governmental and Big Tech figures who colluded to censor true information online.

The DHS was first dreamed up prior to 9/11 and was always intended to be used as a Deep State hub to silence conservatives and anti-establishment voices.

The September 11 terrorist attacks at the start of the George W. Bush administration provided the spark to get it authorized.  And as the Global War on Terrorism wound down worldwide, federal agents increasingly turned their focus inward.

The new document dump along with records obtained through a lawsuit paint a jarring picture of how the DHS shuttered its controversial Disinformation Governance Board but kept its work going through a secret “portal” and other silent backchannels between government officials and “government partners” in Silicon Valley.

The Intercept reported that “Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt took the lead in filing a lawsuit to combat what he views as sweeping efforts by the Biden administration to pressure social media companies to moderate certain forms of content appearing on their platforms.

The suit alleges governmentwide efforts to censor certain stories, especially ones related to the pandemic. It also names multiple agencies across the government that have participated in efforts to monitor speech and ‘open collusion’ between the administration and social media companies. It identifies, for example, emails between officials from the National Institutes of Health, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, and Zuckerberg at the beginning of the pandemic, and reveals ongoing discussions between senior Biden administration officials with Meta executives on developing content moderation policies on a range of issues, including issues related to elections and vaccines.”

Document trove leaked as Elon Musk took the helm at Twitter

The leaks about rampant corruption and collusion in between the Biden administration, Deep State actors and Big Tech companies, coincidentally came out as soon as Elon Musk officially took control of Twitter.

The leak being reported by The Intercept caught many by surprise, leading to speculation it could be the establishment’s way of getting ahead of this bombshell story that will take months, if not years, to completely untangle.

The Intercept, which was initially created to publish the Edward Snowden NSA leaks, has since become a regime-friendly outlet.

Intercept co-founder Glenn Greenwald was forced to leave the outlet after executives would not allow him to publish a story about Hunter Biden’s laptop prior to the 2020 election for fear that it could tip the election toward Donald Trump.

To its credit, The Intercept is not making the same mistake with this pre-election bombshell.

Musk is possibly sitting on information far more damaging than what was leaked to The Intercept.

And if Bishop and the Republicans have Congressional majorities come January, much more could be revealed so Alejandro Mayorkas would be right to worry.

Stay tuned to Unmuzzled News for any updates to this ongoing story.
