El Salvadorian President Nayib Bukele stunned the world with this fiery speech
Last week, leaders from across the world descended upon New York City to speak in front of the United Nations General Assembly.
Many of the speeches delivered to the U.N. General Assembly were predictable and even forgettable, however a few stood above the rest.
For example, El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele delivered a speech that sent shivers down the spine of Kamala Harris and the radical Left, making headlines across the globe.
Since taking over as President in 2019, Bukele has turned El Salvador from a dangerous third-world nation, into a hub of agriculture and investment in the region.
Bukele achieved this significant turnaround by arresting the thousands of gang members in the small Central American nation, putting them in prison indefinitely in many cases.
During his address to the United Nations, Bukele addressed these policies, while taking a shot at many Western nations who have started to police free speech rather than address violent crime.
More specifically, Bukele told the General Assembly last week that his nation does, “not imprison our opposition; we do not censor opinions; we do not confiscate property from those who think differently.”
“We do not arrest people for expressing their ideas. In El Salvador, your freedom of expression, as well as your private property, will always be protected,” the 41-year-old El Salvadoran President added.
Bukele then highlighted his tough-on-crime policies, telling the General Assembly, “In El Salvador, we prioritize the safety of our honest citizens over the comfort of criminals. Some say that we have imprisoned thousands, but the reality is that we have freed millions.”
The El Salvadorian President’s speech resonated with millions of people across the world, with Elon Musk taking to X to praise the speech.
This praise comes after Musk took Bukele on a tour of his Tesla Gigafactory earlier this month. Following the tour, Musk posted on X saying, “Just had an excellent conversation with President @NayibBukele! We talked a lot about the nature of reality, future of humanity and how technology like AI and robotics will affect the world. El Salvador has an amazing leader.”

Radical Left wants to silence new generation of pro-freedom world leaders like Nayib Bukele
In many Western nations such as western nations such as Australia, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and the United States, leaders have taken disturbing measures to limit free speech.
These efforts often fall under the guise of “misinformation prevention” and typically involve censoring individuals or even shutting down entire social media platforms that espouse beliefs antithetical to the agenda of the far-left.
However, leaders such as Nayib Bukele and Argentina’s Javier Milei represent a new generation of world leaders who care about individual liberty and freedom, giving hope to millions of people around the world who fear the rise in censorship.
