Biden's Pentagon spent years wiring DEI into schools for military kids.
Donald Trump signed an order to shut down the woke madness.
But a Pentagon contractor still cashing federal checks just told teachers to break the President's orders.
ThinkLaw Collected $141,000 From DoDEA While Its CEO Wrote a Guide to Defy Trump
ThinkLaw CEO Colin Seale didn't shut down when President Donald Trump banned diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) funding in the federal government.
He wrote a how-to guide.
In a blog post published on the thinkLaw website, Seale instructed educators to push DEI inside military classrooms through what he called "defiance disguised as compliance."
His specific teaching example: tell children there are more than two genders while not openly defying Trump's executive orders on the subject.
He compared the strategy to how enslaved people outwitted their masters – then illustrated the whole thing with a lyric from rapper Lil Wayne about moving in silence.
This is a federal contractor.
A federal contractor paid $141,000 by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) in 2025 – after Trump took office, after the executive orders, after the ban.
DoDEA also paid $30,175 last year to keep teachers enrolled in SHAPE America, a gym teacher professional society whose own board member declared the goal was not to level the playing field but to dismantle the structures that perpetuate inequality.
During a DoDEA presentation on SHAPE standards, one teacher told colleagues that "talking about heterosexuality as the norm" can "inherently cause conflict."
Total taxpayer bill for these two DEI contractors in 2025: $171,175.
How Biden Planted Gender Ideology Inside Military Schools and Left It There for Trump to Find
This wasn't a rogue contractor operating in the shadows.
Biden's DoDEA director Thomas Brady announced in 2020 that DEI must be "a foundational premise in every aspect of our organization."
That wasn't a memo – it was a mandate.
DoDEA teachers gave formal presentations arguing that elementary school is "the perfect time" to show children the diversity of gender expression and gender activity.
Educators were directed to hold structured conversations about identity, power, and privilege – sessions explicitly designed to result in "crying" and "explicit confrontations" among children.
The House Armed Services Committee found DoDEA had gone further than perhaps any school system in America in systematizing secret gender transition procedures for minors into its program.
Trump's executive orders in January 2025 directed agencies to terminate DEI-related contractors immediately – by January 22, 2025.
Most were removed.
These two weren't.
The Military Children Pete Hegseth Still Needs to Protect
DoDEA runs 161 schools in 11 foreign countries, 7 states, and 2 territories.
It serves 67,000 children of active-duty military and DoD civilian families.
Their parents are deployed.
Military parents are stationed overseas, trusting the federal government to run schools that reflect American values – not a college sociology experiment designed by contractors who openly mock the President's orders.
Seale didn't just violate the spirit of Trump's executive orders.
He published the method, signed his name to it, and left it on his company website.
Federal contractors must certify they don't operate DEI programs that violate federal law – and the False Claims Act makes those certifications personal.
That means Seale faces individual legal exposure for every dollar thinkLaw collected while his how-to-cheat-the-President guide was sitting on his company website.
He didn't just break the rules.
He published the evidence.
The forensic auditors at OpenTheBooks.com found the money trail through federal spending records.
The blog post is already public.
Someone in Pete Hegseth's Pentagon needs to open a browser and start reading.
