Liz Cheney wants everyone to believe she’s honest and principled.

But she’s willing to cross any line as part of her witch hunt.

And Liz Cheney was sick after this terrible secret about her and January 6 was exposed.

Liz Cheney commits ethics violations by secretly contacting a January 6 witness

RINO Liz Cheney has been waging a futile war against former President Donald Trump since the events of January 6.

She was former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) lapdog on her sham January 6th Select Committee as its Vice Chairwoman.

The January 6 witch hunt was supposed to bury Trump’s political career and set the stage for what became Special Counsel Jack Smith’s criminal case.

Cheney cast herself as a principled conservative fighting for the Constitution with her work on the January 6th Committee.

But her work there was a part of her long-running grudge against Trump where she was willing to cross ethical boundaries to try to get him.

House Administration Oversight Subcommittee chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) has been investigating Pelosi’s January 6th Committee for wrongdoing.

He obtained messages on the encrypted messaging app Signal from Cheney to January 6 witness Cassidy Hutchinson – an aide in the Trump White House.

Hutchinson was represented by attorney Stefan Passantino at the time who told Just the News that he never signed off on Cheney contacting his client.

Cheney has a law license in Washington, D.C., and is bound by the rules of professional conduct for the D.C. Bar Association.

“A lawyer shall not communicate or cause another to communicate about the subject of the representation with a person known to be represented by another lawyer in the matter, unless the lawyer has the prior consent of the lawyer representing such other person or is authorized by law or a court order to do so,” the D.C. Bar rules state.

Cheney was tampering with a witness via backchannel communications

Loudermilk said that Cheney’s actions were unethical and undermined the integrity of the January 6th Committee.

“Our investigation has uncovered unethical back-channel communications between former Rep. Liz Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson just before Hutchinson changed her sworn testimony,” Loudermilk told Just the News. “Not only is communicating with a witness without their attorney present unethical, it undermines the integrity of an investigation.”

Hutchinson replaced Passantino as her attorney after she began communicating with Cheney.

“As a licensed attorney, Liz Cheney would have known the ethical and legal issues with this communication,” Loudermilk explained. “Clearly, Cheney did not want Stefan Passantino representing Hutchinson; as shortly after Cheney and Hutchinson began communicating, Cheney convinced Hutchinson to fire Passantino, and arranged for a new attorney to represent Hutchinson pro-bono.”

Hutchinson was supposed to be one of the star witnesses of the January 6th Committee.

She made up a big lie that Trump tried to grab the steering wheel of his limo fighting with the Secret Service and drive it to the Capitol Building on January 6.

Hutchinson initially told the truth to the committee about the limo story but created this work of fiction after her secret contact with Cheney began.

Trump’s driver and other witnesses claim that she made up the story.

Hutchinson released a book and became a minor celebrity on the MSNBC circuit after linking up with Cheney.
