US Pardon Attorney Just Confirmed What Fauci Did the Morning Trump Was Sworn In

Anthony Fauci spent four years telling America to trust him.

Now something has surfaced from Inauguration morning that Fauci never wanted the public to see.

The U. Pardon Attorney just confirmed it – and it answers the one question Fauci has desperately avoided.

Fauci's Lawyers Were Demanding a Biden Pardon While Trump Was Being Sworn In

The day Donald Trump took the oath of office, Anthony Fauci's lawyers were working the phones.

U.S. Pardon Attorney Edward R. Martin Jr. confirmed to independent journalist Nick Shirley that Fauci's lawyers were in active contact with Biden's staff on the morning of January 20th, repeatedly asking whether the pardon was coming.

They were demanding it – minutes before the transfer of power.

Martin confirmed the pardon was signed not by Joe Biden's hand, but by autopen – the same robotic signature machine Biden's staff used to process a long list of last-minute clemency orders.

Hunter Biden got a real signature, signed at Thanksgiving.

Fauci got the assembly line.

Under American law, a pardon must be formally accepted to take legal effect.

Fauci's team sent their acceptance almost immediately after it dropped.

Innocent men don't do that.

The Autopen Pardon Rand Paul Says Is Invalid and Why the DOJ Agrees

Martin's assessment of the autopen pardons is damning.

In a letter to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, he wrote that his office "cannot support the validity of AutoPen pardons for individuals such as Anthony Fauci, Adam Schiff, Mark Milley, and many more without further examination and fact-finding."

In that same letter, Martin stated he had seen no evidence that President Biden was personally aware of or authorized the autopen pardons.

An autopen is a machine built for signing congratulatory certificates and ceremonial letters.

Not pardons with the force of federal law.

Or get-out-of-jail-free cards for the man who funded gain-of-function research in a Chinese military-linked lab.

Biden's staff claimed he verbally approved the pardons before the machine signed them.

There is no record of that approval.

Martin's ongoing investigation, he told Comer, revealed "abuses of the pardon and commutation process by political actors in the Biden Administration."

Gabbard's Declassified Files Exposed Fauci's Wuhan Funding Before He Left Office

The pardon push didn't come out of nowhere.

Former DNI Tulsi Gabbard's released a trove of declassified documents titled: "Fauci Funded Wuhan Lab Research That Sparked COVID."

The documents allege that Fauci directed millions in U.S. taxpayer dollars toward gain-of-function coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology – the same lab now widely viewed as the source of the pandemic.

Multiple intelligence whistleblowers told ODNI that analysts who challenged the lab-leak narrative faced retaliation, career setbacks, and forced exposure of their identities when they tried to come forward anonymously.

Gabbard released the documents on June 18th – her final act as Director of National Intelligence before departing to support her husband through cancer treatment.

"The tactics used to hide the truth are straight from the deep state playbook," Gabbard said.

"Politicized self-serving leaders like Dr. Fauci covered up their own wrongdoing and abuses of power, manipulated intelligence, lied to Congress, and undermined a duly elected President."

The ODNI documents also allege that Fauci lied to Congress in 2024, when he denied knowledge of or participation in discussions with intelligence officials about viral research.

Now the Pardon Attorney is on record saying the piece of paper meant to protect him cannot be defended without further investigation.

Why Fauci Lying to Congress May Finally Cost Him the Pardon He Begged For

Biden's team has insisted the autopen pardons were routine – that Biden approved them verbally, that everything was above board.

Martin's letter to Comer told a different story.

His investigation found that staffers used Biden's cognitive decline as cover, running pardons through the autopen without documented presidential review or approval.

The man who told Americans to trust institutions spent January 20th racing against a clock, not resting on a clean conscience.

For every American who lived through that, learning that Fauci begged for a pardon on Inauguration morning isn't surprising.

It's confirmation.

They knew what they did.

And when accountability came for them, they didn't fight for their innocence.

They begged for political salvation – from a president who may not have even known he was signing it.
