Michelle Obama refuses to go away.
She is dead-set on forcing her far-left agenda on America.
And Michelle Obama just announced a new TV show to brainwash children.
After leaving office, Barack Obama and his wife Michelle were desperate to get back into the spotlight.
And with Hollywood being one of their biggest allies, it is only natural that they would leverage those connections to meet that end.
So in 2018, the Obama’s founded Higher Ground Productions, a production company primarily used to push movies and TV shows to video streaming platform Netflix.
While their previous productions have had clear political undertones, they have yet to get outright political.
But to nobody’s surprise, they just announced that they are creating a new Netflix show, airing on July 4, designed to “reframe” how children think about government and civil engagement.
The ten-episode animated series We the People will feature episodes covering subjects like citizenship, voting, taxes, and activism.
In the show’s trailer, it shows young people protesting in the street with raised black power-style fists, and it concludes with an image of a raised fist.
Netflix announced the show in a press release, writing that the show is “an exuberant call to action for everyone to rethink civics as a living, breathing thing and to reframe their understanding of what government and citizenship mean in a modern world.”
Former President Obama made his official announcement of the show on Twitter, writing:
“Michelle and I are excited to share our latest show from Higher Ground: We The People. Some of our favorite artists got together with amazing animators to remix civics—and the result is a lot better than what we had in school. Check it out on @Netflix this July 4.”
Barack and Michelle Obama are serving as executive producers on the series, alongside Doc McStuffins creator Chris Nee, and ABC’s Black-ish creator Kenya Barris.
The series will feature musical performances by artists, including Adam Lambert, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Janelle Monae.
Considering the topics being covered, and the people involved, it will almost certainly be nothing more than left-wing propaganda.
The fact that it is targeted at children should be no surprise.
Hollywood has been pushing left-wing messaging in children’s programming for years.
Recently, Blue’s Clues, a show designed for preschoolers ran a series of pro-LGBT videos, with one even being voiced over by a drag queen.
