More Americans than ever rely on social media and other technology platforms for the news.

You had better believe that powerful actors have devoted billions of dollars to determine who sees what and when.

But Dr. Phil’s latest brush up with Big Tech has many Americans stunned.

Dr. Phil’s latest experience with censorship demonstrates Big Tech’s enormous power

Gone are the days of getting your news from newspapers and the 6 o’clock news.

These days, most Americans get their news from 24/7 cable news stations or their social media feeds.

Washington elites and their allies in Big Tech have invested heavily in controlling what people see online, most notably in the form of so-called “misinformation” prevention.

Just the other day, Dr. Phil recently discussed his latest experience with this glorified form of censorship after Facebook restricted and ultimately removed one of his clips.

The clip in question depicts Dr. Phil on his visit to America’s border with Mexico, where he discusses the proliferation of human trafficking at America’s southern border, an issue that the vast majority of people want to be addressed.

Yet, Facebook targeted and censored this clip, preventing potential viewers from ever seeing it.

On the popular Breakfast Club radio show, Dr. Phil told host Charlamagne tha God, “I put a clip up of my trip to the border, just a small clip… I posted it up on Facebook and Instagram and it was the part of me talking to him about trafficking these children.”

He added, “It was up about 50 minutes and going viral super fast, I mean like tens of thousands of views in a matter of a few minutes, it was going straight vertical and then bang! It just stopped. It stopped and it got shut down. They just – the algorithm – they shut it down.”

Host Charlamagne tha God then shared his own experiences with Facebook censorship, telling Dr. Phil that a number of his videos have similarly faced the scorn of Facebook.

He noted that the videos he typically has issues with involve controversial political issues.

Joe Biden and his cronies will do anything to silence their enemies

Facebook and other platforms have come under fire for allegedly working with Biden officials to target and silence voices deemed hostile to the Biden administration.

On July 4, 2023, Federal Judge Terry Doughty of Louisiana ruled against the Joe Biden administration, putting an injunction on federal agencies, preventing them from coordinating with such technology platforms to circumvent the First Amendment rights of Americans.

Joe Biden and his lawyers have fought against this injunction tooth and nail, taking this case all the way to the United States Supreme Court.

The ongoing Murthy v Missouri Supreme Court case could settle this disturbing practice once and for all, with Justices expected to decide whether the federal government can legally pressure technology platforms to silence Americans online.
