Apple Just Turned Every iPhone Into a Democrat Campaign Tool on Election Day

Apple spent 100 days refusing to feature a single conservative news story in its morning feed.

The FTC sent Apple a formal warning and Apple said nothing.

Now Apple is using your iPhone to tell you which candidates to vote for.

Apple News Voter Guide Features Democrats as Heroes and Republicans as Trump Puppets

iPhone users across America woke up Tuesday to an Apple News alert promising a "personalized guide" with "all the information you need" to cast their ballot.

Clicking the alert opened a voter guide built around each user's zip code.

What Apple called personalized was actually a Democrat campaign pamphlet.

In Portland, Maine, Democrat gubernatorial nominee Hannah Pingree was introduced as the youngest woman in the country to serve as state house speaker.

Republican nominee Bobby Charles got a two-sentence introduction about his consulting firm in Washington, D.C.

For the Senate race, Democrat Troy Jackson got a working-man origin story – a Maine logger who launched his political career on a blockade against Canadian workers taking local jobs.

Republican Sen. Susan Collins got a different kind of profile – defined almost entirely by two politically contentious votes.

In Ohio, Apple's curated guide pointed voters to an NPR affiliate that spent multiple paragraphs telling readers Trump's approval rating is "far under water" before introducing any Republican candidates.

Apple's handpicked source told Ohio voters that GOP Gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy and Senator Jon Husted had committed one unforgivable sin – they hadn't apologized for Donald Trump, who won Ohio by 11 points.

In Kansas, the featured article presented the entire election as a historic opportunity to break nearly 100 years of Republican Senate victories.

Heritage Foundation Visiting Fellow Robby Starbuck reviewed the coverage and said it "felt heavily biased in favor of Democrats."

Apple said nothing in response to Starbuck's assessment and didn't answer a single question from The Federalist.

The FTC Warned Apple News About Conservative Censorship Seven Months Ago

FTC Chairman Andrew Ferguson sent a formal warning letter to former Apple CEO Tim Cook in February – after a Media Research Center study found that of 620 top stories featured by Apple News in January 2026, not one came from a right-leaning outlet.

440 came from left-leaning outlets, 180 from centrist ones.

Zero from Fox News. Zero from The Daily Wire. Zero from Breitbart.

Ferguson accused Apple of violating Section 5 of the FTC Act – the statute that prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices – by suppressing outlets based on their "perceived ideological or political viewpoint." He told Cook the platform was deceiving tens of millions of consumers and demanded a comprehensive review.

Apple's response: silence.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn sent her own letter to Cook that same month pressing him on every point the FTC had raised. Cook ignored her too.

Apple went 100 consecutive days without featuring a single right-leaning story in its morning feed – from November 3, 2025 through February 13, 2026 – while promoting 1,379 stories from left-leaning outlets in that same window.

MRC President David Bozell was direct: "Apple is choosing to exclude conservative voices."

By March, MRC formally called on the FTC to open a full investigation into Apple's deceptive practices.

Apple still said nothing.

Apple News Is Running Democrat Election Interference and the FTC Has the Power to Stop It

Apple is in 150 million American pockets.

When it tells tens of millions of iPhone users they've received "all the information you need" to vote – and that information flows through NPR affiliates framing Republicans as Trump puppets – Apple is not being editorially careless.

Apple is an unregistered campaign operation for the Democrat Party.

Between the FTC warning, Blackburn's letter, and MRC's formal complaint, Apple had been put on notice three different ways and responded to none of them.

Apple's answer to every one of those warnings was to push a Democrat-curated voter guide into every iPhone in America on Election Day.

FTC Chairman Andrew Ferguson has the authority to open a formal investigation. Use it.

Tim Cook spent seven months ignoring that warning letter before handing Apple to new CEO John Ternus on September 1.

Ternus now owns this mess – and his first major test is whether he runs the same Democrat influence operation his predecessor built or shuts it down before Ferguson makes the decision for him.
