Soros Group Just Got Caught Sending Non-Citizen Voter Solicitations to an Australian

The Trump DOJ charged 48 non-citizens with voter fraud last month alone.

Now a Soros-linked voter group just handed them their most brazen case yet.

A dark money operation just mailed a midterm voter letter from Belgium to an Australian who cannot legally vote here.

Arabella Advisors Dark Money Built the Voter Rolls Nobody Is Checking

The letter came from the Center for U.S. Voters Abroad – CUVA – which claims to be a nonpartisan nonprofit helping Americans overseas cast their ballots.

It’s not nonpartisan.

Soros’s Arabella Advisors network has cycled CUVA through multiple shell organizations to obscure the funding trail – as of 2025, CUVA operates as a trade name of the Act Now Project, the latest layer in Arabella’s dark money infrastructure.

In the 2024 election cycle, CUVA spent $17,000 supporting Joe Biden and $36,000 opposing Donald Trump – and they are still running voter outreach operations in 2026.

New York Post columnist Miranda Devine broke the story Wednesday after an Australian contact received a letter pushing him to cast a ballot in the 2026 midterms – a man who holds no U.S. citizenship and no legal right to vote in a federal election.

The letter treated him as a prior user of CUVA’s registration system – not a cold contact who slipped through a mass mailing, but someone their platform had already processed.

The letter was signed by Michael Peñuelas, CUVA’s executive director.

Peñuelas is a former legislative aide to Democrat Rep. Sharon Shewmake in the Washington State House, Stanford-trained in environmental policy, with years of left-wing climate activism behind him.

Devine tagged Harmeet Dhillon – DOJ’s Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights – along with the Federal Election Commission and investigative journalist Asra Nomani.

That tag was not an accident.

Noncitizen Voting Laws and the Federal Crime Harmeet Dhillon Is Already Watching

The letter wasn’t mailed from Washington or New York – it came postmarked from Belgium.

CUVA uses the Federal Post Card Application to identify potential overseas voters and reach them by mail, and the letter they sent to an Australian was postmarked from Belgium.

The FPCA historically contained a checkbox allowing people who had “never lived in the United States” to register to vote anyway.

That checkbox was designed for Americans born overseas who never resided here – but critics called it a roadmap for birth-tourism claimants and others with no genuine connection to this country.

The Office of Management and Budget eliminated it earlier this year after warnings it had created an open door for ineligible people to enter the registration system.

An organization claiming to protect overseas American voting just sent election materials to a foreign national who cannot vote here – either the old FPCA loophole did its damage, or CUVA is building contact lists without verifying citizenship.

Title 18, Section 611 of the U.S. Code is specific: voting in a federal election as a foreign national is a crime.

Encouraging one to do it isn’t a gray area – it’s soliciting a federal crime – and Peñuelas signed the letter.

This isn’t the first Australian to surface in a federal noncitizen voting case – Dhillon flagged a Louisiana prosecution earlier this year involving an Australian national accused of casting illegal ballots in multiple U.S. elections.

Harmeet Dhillon spent July sending criminal warning letters to election officials in all 50 states, telling them that knowingly keeping non-citizens on voter rolls was grounds for prosecution – and DOJ backed it up, bringing charges against dozens of noncitizens for election crimes in October alone.

Ohio referred 1,200 criminal cases to the Justice Department after finding non-citizens on their voter rolls, 167 of whom had already cast ballots in federal elections since 2018.

An operation this well-funded doesn’t mail voter solicitations to a foreign national by accident.

The Arabella network moves hundreds of millions of dollars through over 340 front groups – they know what’s on their lists.

Someone built a list that included Australians, and nobody stopped it.

Now Dhillon has Peñuelas’s signature, CUVA’s letterhead, and a Belgium postmark on mail addressed to someone who was never eligible to vote here.

If that’s not a federal referral, nothing is.
