The Democrat Party’s mask just slipped off completely.

Democrats openly admit their base wants blood
The violent Left has finally said the quiet part out loud.
Multiple House Democrats confirmed to Axios that their own voters are demanding they spill blood to stop President Trump’s deportation efforts.
"Our own base is telling us that what we’re doing is not good enough," one House Democrat told Axios. "[That] there needs to be blood to grab the attention of the press and the public."¹
The Democrat added that constituents have suggested "what we really need to do is be willing to get shot" when visiting ICE facilities or other government buildings.¹
Another House Democrat said constituents were calling for "violence…to fight to protect our democracy."¹
This isn’t just rhetoric anymore.
It’s a direct call for violence against law enforcement officers who are doing their jobs to protect American citizens.
ICE officers under siege as attacks surge 700%
The consequences of this violent rhetoric are playing out in real time across the country.
On Monday morning, an active shooter with a rifle attacked border patrol agents at an ICE facility in McAllen, Texas.
Authorities believe the attack was targeted.
A police officer was shot in the neck on Friday outside of an ICE facility in Alvarado, Texas.
The officer was wounded after confronting the suspect near the facility.
Multiple suspects were arrested in connection with the shooting.
The Department of Homeland Security revealed that assaults against ICE officers and federal officials conducting immigration enforcement are up almost 700% this year compared to the same time last year.
From January 21, 2024 to June 30, 2024, DHS recorded 10 assaults against immigration officials.
In the same time frame this year, from January 21 to June 30, 2025, after President Trump took office on January 20, DHS recorded 79 assaults against immigration officials.
That’s a staggering increase that can’t be ignored.
Border Czar Tom Homan saw this coming
President Trump’s Border Czar Tom Homan has repeatedly warned lawmakers that anti-ICE rhetoric will lead to violence against officers.
"It’s only a matter of time before ICE agents are ambushed by some nut," Homan said just prior to Monday’s ambush.
Homan’s prediction came true with devastating accuracy.
The timeline is chilling: Democrat lawmakers call for violence and bloodshed to resist immigration enforcement, Homan warns that their rhetoric will lead to violence, and then a shooter ambushes immigration enforcement.
This isn’t a coincidence.
It’s the predictable result of months of Democrats demonizing ICE officers and border patrol agents.
Los Angeles riots show the Left’s true colors
The violence isn’t limited to individual attacks on officers.
Los Angeles became a battleground of anti-ICE violence earlier this year when radical protesters flooded the streets to oppose the Trump Administration’s deportation policies.
Violent rioters hurled rocks at police, torched vehicles, and attacked officers.
The mob vandalized property with graffiti calling for violence against law enforcement.
Investigators documented graffiti that read "kill a cop" on city signage.
Vice President JD Vance called the LA rioters "insurrectionists" after their lawless display.
"Insurrectionists carrying foreign flags are attacking immigration enforcement officers, while one half of America’s political leadership has decided that border enforcement is evil," Vance posted on social media.
Democrats’ wealthy white donors driving the violence
The most revealing part of the Axios report is who’s actually pushing for this violence.
"What I have seen is a demand that we get ourselves arrested intentionally or allow ourselves to be victims of violence, and … a lot of times that’s coming from economically very secure white people," another House Democrat told Axios.¹
So it’s not working-class Americans who are demanding blood.
It’s wealthy white liberals who will never face the consequences of their violent rhetoric.
They’re sitting in their gated communities demanding that Democrat politicians get shot to make a political point.
These are the same people who lecture everyone else about "civility" and "democracy."
Trump administration fights back against Democrat violence
Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin didn’t mince words about who’s responsible for this surge in violence.
"Make no mistake, Democrat politicians like Hakeem Jeffries, Mayor Wu of Boston, Tim Walz, and Mayor Bass of Los Angeles are contributing to the surge in assaults of our ICE officers through their repeated vilification and demonization of ICE," McLaughlin said in a statement.²
"From comparisons to the modern-day Nazi gestapo to glorifying rioters, the violent rhetoric of these sanctuary politicians is beyond the pale," she added.²
The Trump administration is responding with action.
The "One Big, Beautiful Bill" will fund 5,000 new Customs and Border Protection officers and 3,000 new border patrol agents.
ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons said the bill will provide "unprecedented" funding for ICE to carry out enforcement.
What this means for America
The Democrat Party has finally admitted what conservatives have known all along.
They don’t want immigration enforcement.
They want chaos, violence, and lawlessness.
When their own voters are demanding blood and violence against law enforcement officers, it shows how far the Left has fallen.
These aren’t the actions of a party that believes in law and order.
These are the actions of a party that wants to destroy America’s immigration system through intimidation and violence.
The 700% increase in attacks on ICE officers isn’t happening in a vacuum.
It’s the direct result of Democrat politicians demonizing these brave men and women who are putting their lives on the line to protect our borders.
Every Democrat who has compared ICE to the Gestapo, every sanctuary city mayor who has obstructed immigration enforcement, and every progressive activist who has called for "resistance" has blood on their hands.
The violence will only get worse unless Democrats stop their dangerous rhetoric and start supporting law enforcement.
But based on their own admissions, that’s not going to happen anytime soon.
Their base wants blood, and Democrat politicians are more than happy to give it to them.
