Hillary Clinton has become an attack dog for Kamala Harris this election.

She still can’t get over her loss in the 2016 Election.

And a federal prosecutor dropped the hammer on Hillary Clinton for this sick attack about January 6th.

Jack Smith tries to create an October surprise

Special Counsel Jack Smith made his last-gasp effort to affect the outcome of the election with a 165-page court filing in his criminal case against former President Donald Trump over January 6.

The January 6 trial won’t start until after Election Day so Smith played the only card he had.

His filing included all of the alleged evidence that he would use against Trump.

D.C. District Court Judge Tonya Chutkan – who was appointed by former President Barack Obama – unsealed the filing so Democrats and their media allies could use the contents to attack Trump.

CNN senior legal analyst Elie Honig – a former federal prosecutor – was unimpressed with Smith’s desperation ploy.

He wrote an article for New York Magazine about the filing called “Jack Smith’s October Cheap Shot.”

“Smith has essentially abandoned any pretense; he’ll bend any rule, switch up on any practice – so long as he gets to chip away at Trump’s electoral prospects,” Honig wrote. “At this point, there’s simply no defending Smith’s conduct on any sort of principled or institutional basis.”

Honig noted that Trump’s legal team wasn’t able to file a motion after Smith’s filing.

Hillary Clinton celebrates Jack Smith’s latest ploy

Two-time failed Democrat Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is still bitter that Trump beat her in the 2016 Election.

She asked about Smith’s filing in comparison to former FBI director James Comey reopening the investigation into her illegal private email server before the 2016 Election.

“I think the situation is completely different,” Clinton said. “And this is in the context of an ongoing criminal procedure that the special counsel has brought against Donald Trump many, many months before the run up to the election.”

She laughably claimed that Judge Chutkan – who’s ruled in favor of Smith every time – was friendly to Trump.

“It was, frankly, motivated by the orders of the judge in this trial, who has, it appears to me, been extremely favorable toward Trump,” Clinton continued. “So I think that there is nothing out of the ordinary.”

Honig fired back at Clinton’s comparison during an appearance on CNN Sunday

“The problem, though, with Secretary Clinton’s analysis of the Jack Smith case is, respectfully, she’s got her facts wrong,” Honig explained. “First of all, she’s confusing the judges here. I think she’s thinking of Judge [Aileen] Cannon, who, yes, has ruled almost entirely for Donald Trump. But that’s the judge in the other case. The judge here is Judge Chutkan. I get it, similar names — Judge Chutkan has ruled almost entirely against Donald Trump.”

Honig took issue with Clinton’s claim that Smith’s filing was routine.

“More to the point, the last thing we just heard Secretary Clinton say was, quote, ‘There is nothing out of the ordinary.’ But as I described before, the way they flip this procedure is the opposite of the ordinary,” Honig stated. “They reversed the actual way that motions are done. You can talk to 100 former federal prosecutors who’ve collectively handled 100,000 cases. They will all tell you they never filed their motions first.”

Jack Smith was trying to twist the law once again in an attempt to do political damage to Donald Trump.
