Britain had a national meltdown when China stole 40 million voter files – and demanded answers.
America knew the same thing happened here as far back as 2020 – and said nothing.
Now Tulsi Gabbard is sitting on a stack of classified documents that could blow the lid off the biggest election security scandal in American history.
China Accessed U.S. Voter Registration Data in 2020 and the CIA Kept It Secret
A declassified April 2020 National Intelligence Council memo states that Chinese intelligence officials analyzed voter registration data from multiple U.S. states – targeting that data specifically to study the 2020 presidential election.
The memo sat buried for two years before Biden's team quietly declassified it in 2022. Almost nobody noticed.
Former National Intelligence Council officer Christopher Porter worked the China cyber hacking portfolio under Trump and raised the alarm about Beijing's access to American voter rolls. The CIA blocked him.
"We knew by April 2020 that Chinese intelligence had voter registration data from multiple states and was analyzing it with an eye toward the 2020 election," Porter told Just the News. "But CIA blocked efforts to inform President Trump and later stopped many of these reports from being made available to Congress."
During the Biden years, Porter says officials changed his job to cut him off from election intelligence work – and then fired him.
John Ratcliffe, who now runs the CIA, wrote a dissent at the end of the 2020 election siding with Porter and arguing China was more involved in trying to influence that race than U.S. spy agencies were willing to admit.
China Had American Voter Rolls While Democrats Blocked the SAVE America Act
The Senate is debating the Save America Act this week – Trump's top legislative priority, requiring citizenship verification for voter registration and giving DHS access to state voter rolls.
Democrat states are fighting in court to keep the Trump Justice Department away from their voter files. Beijing has had those files for six years.
Republican National Committee Chairman Joe Gruters, Trump's point man for the 2026 midterms, told John Solomon Reports he had never heard a word about any of this. "What's crazy is the fact that China has access to these voter rolls, but we don't," Gruters said.
Several senators confirmed to Just the News they had never been briefed on Chinese access to voter registration data either.
U.S. spy agencies acknowledged that Russia and Iran both accessed American voter data in 2020 – Iran's hackers grabbed 100,000 voter profiles from a single state, per an unsealed indictment. China's breach spanned multiple states and never made the official record.
In October 2020, then-DNI Ratcliffe held a public briefing warning that voter registration data could be used by foreign actors to manufacture fake identities and cast fraudulent ballots. He named Iran and Russia. China was not mentioned.
FBI Buried Report Linking China to Fake Mail-In Ballots for Biden in 2020
There is more.
Last June, FBI Director Kash Patel handed Congress a long-suppressed 2020 intelligence report – bluntly titled "Chinese Government Production and Export of Fraudulent US Driver's Licenses to Chinese Sympathizers in the United States, in Order to Create Tens of Thousands of Fraudulent Mail-in Votes for US Presidential Candidate Joe Biden."
The report came from the FBI's Albany field office on August 24, 2020.
It was recalled – with orders to delete it – on September 25, 2020. The day after then-FBI Director Christopher Wray testified to Congress that he had seen no evidence of coordinated voter fraud.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley later obtained records showing FBI headquarters made an "abnormal" decision to bury the report and block other intelligence agencies from accessing it.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection confirmed the raw numbers: from January through June 2020, CBP officers seized nearly 20,000 counterfeit U.S. driver's licenses at Chicago O'Hare – the vast majority arriving from China and Hong Kong.
What Gabbard and Ratcliffe Are About to Release
DNI Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe are working to declassify what officials describe as a potentially explosive tranche of raw intelligence reports – showing exactly what China did, which states were affected, and who in the U.S. government knew it and when.
CIA Director of Public Affairs Liz Lyons confirmed Ratcliffe's direction: "America's adversaries will be exposed and held accountable for any attempt to undermine" the integrity of American elections.
The CIA blocked the warnings. Biden's team buried the memo. And the agents who tried to tell Trump the truth got reassigned and fired.
Gabbard is about to show America what they were hiding.
