The Biden DOJ put Peter Navarro in federal prison.
He walked out of that cell and straight back into the White House.
Now he has published the roadmap to hold everyone who built the Russia hoax accountable.
The FBI Agent Who Vouched for the Steele Dossier and Ran Every Crossfire Hurricane Investigation Into Trump
Sen. Chuck Grassley's Senate Judiciary Committee investigation documents exactly who Walter Giardina is.
He was among the first FBI officials to receive the bogus Steele dossier – Hillary Clinton's bought-and-paid-for opposition research dressed up as intelligence.
Whistleblowers told Grassley that Giardina vouched for it inside the bureau as "corroborated as true" – at the same time FBI analysts were creating a spreadsheet showing its most explosive claims were "provably false."
That internal stamp of credibility fed the Carter Page FISA warrant and launched Crossfire Hurricane.
Giardina served on Robert Mueller's team – and when it was over, wiped the government-issued laptop assigned to him outside established record-preservation protocol.
The DOJ Inspector General was notified.
Giardina went on to work Arctic Frost, the congressional-spying investigation into Trump led by Jack Smith.
He supervised the investigation and prosecution of Roger Stone, Dan Scavino, and Peter Navarro.
His team arrested Navarro at Reagan National Airport in 2022 – handcuffs, armed agents, a perp walk designed, in Navarro's words, for "maximum humiliation."
The federal judge overseeing the case later criticized the arrest as needlessly heavy-handed.
Kash Patel fired Giardina when he took over the FBI.
Declassified Documents Prove the FBI Launched Crossfire Hurricane on Evidence Its Own Agents Called Fake
The declassified documents prove the FBI criminally investigated a sitting president as a Russian asset on a foundation its own agents had already demolished.
The probe – codenamed Oxferd C0mma – opened May 16, 2017, one week after Trump fired Comey.
Baker and Priestap signed it.
McCabe briefed Rosenstein that afternoon.
Mueller got his appointment the next morning.
The entire machine moved in 24 hours – and every person in that chain knew the underlying evidence was garbage.
Navarro points to the one name still buried in the documents: whoever actually drafted the Oxferd C0mma opening communication remains redacted.
That person ordered the criminal investigation of an American president.
The public still does not know who it was.
Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz later found 17 significant inaccuracies and omissions in the FISA applications targeting Carter Page – inaccuracies that made the case for probable cause look stronger than it was.
The FBI escalated from four campaign staffers to the president of the United States on a warrant its own court said should not have existed.
The FISA court itself said two of those surveillance authorizations were not valid.
Nobody in Washington has answered for that escalation.
Navarro is demanding they do – on the record, under oath, before the November election.

Navarro names the witnesses who need to sit under oath in public: Priestap, Baker, McCabe, Rosenstein, and Comey before the Senate and House Judiciary Committees.
He goes to the working-agent level too.
Stephen Somma – Case Agent 1 in the Carter Page FISA applications – needs to answer for the 17 errors Horowitz documented.
Joseph Pientka needs to take the same seat.
Giardina – whose fingerprints are on the dossier, on Mueller's team, on Arctic Frost, and on Navarro's own handcuffs – needs to explain all of it under oath.
Navarro's assessment of the two chairmen holding subpoena power is blunt.
Grassley has been a bulldog while Jim Jordan has not.
A criminal conspiracy investigation is underway in Fort Pierce, Florida – examining whether FBI and DOJ officials ran an ongoing scheme to violate the civil rights of Donald Trump and his supporters through fabricated investigations.
The agent who vouched for a fabricated dossier, wiped his Mueller laptop, and put Navarro in leg irons is now facing those demands with no FBI left to protect him.
Navarro is writing them from the West Wing.
The names are on paper and the clock is running.
