Democrats are frothing at the mouth to take out Donald Trump.
They have been after him for six years.
And one unbelievable mistake by Merrick Garland had Democrats fantasizing about Trump in handcuffs.
The shockwaves of Attorney General Merrick Garland’s raid on Donald Trump’s home are still being felt.
And the Democrats’ story keeps changing.
As has been the case every time over the last six years, the establishment promises a bombshell only to watch it wither into another nothing-burger.
This time the Left were giddy of news that Trump’s passports had been seized by the FBI, suggesting that criminal charges were pending and the DOJ did not want him fleeing the country.
However, the passports were “accidentally” taken.
Democrats were desperate to see Trump frogmarched out of Mar-a-Lago.
MSNBC host Tiffany Cross said, “I think a lot of people…want to show the difference in this country, the difference in the justice system that many people navigate…I think a lot of people do want to see Donald Trump handcuffed like an episode of COPS and walking out…We want to see them perp-walk Donald Trump, and we may not see that.”
Democrats have been waiting for that moment for six years, but they have not been able to come up with anything other than media-orchestrated scandals.
Cross’s guest Roland Martin replied, “This is why you have a legal system, and yet he’s gotten off in a whole lot of different ways, but his lies are catching up.”
But as Trump pointed out, this is not how Hillary Clinton was treated regarding her email scandal.
He wrote on Truth Social, “Hillary Clinton was allowed to delete and acid wash 33,000 E-mails AFTER they were subpoenaed by Congress. Absolutely nothing has happened to hold her accountable. She even took antique furniture, and other items from the White House.”
On top of that, Clinton never had the power to declassify anything she wanted.
The Democrats’ bloodlust for Trump is quickly turning America into a banana republic.
Hillary Clinton literally orchestrated a coup against Trump with the help of the intelligence community, the Deep State, and the corporate-controlled press.
Her own top aide Robby Mook admitted as much in open court.
Now that the passport “smoking gun” is a dud, Democrats will have to wait for—or manufacture—another scandal to bring down Trump.
