Barack Obama thought his Russian collusion scheme was bulletproof.
He figured nobody would ever dare investigate how his spy chiefs cooked the books.
But Obama got dragged into the open after a CIA review exposed his corrupt Russia hoax that nearly destroyed Donald Trump’s first presidency.
The smoking gun that brings down Obama’s house of cards
A devastating new CIA review just exposed one of the biggest political scandals in American history.¹
The internal investigation found that Obama’s handpicked intelligence chiefs – John Brennan, James Comey, and James Clapper – deliberately corrupted their 2016 assessment claiming Russia helped Trump win the election.
And it gets worse.
The review reveals Obama personally ordered the rushed operation just six weeks before leaving office, creating what investigators called a "chaotic" and "markedly unconventional" process that reeked of political sabotage.¹
Career CIA professionals who conducted this review found serious problems with the process. They identified "multiple procedural anomalies" that completely undermined the credibility of the Intelligence Community Assessment.¹
Translation: Obama’s boys rigged the game.
Brennan strong-armed analysts into including the phony dossier
Here’s where the corruption gets really ugly.
CIA Director John Brennan handpicked his own analysts and forced them to include Christopher Steele’s garbage dossier – even though the CIA’s top Russia experts said it was worthless trash.¹
The Deputy Director for Analysis warned Brennan in an email that including the dossier would risk "the credibility of the entire paper."¹
Brennan’s response? "My bottom line is that I believe that the information warrants inclusion in the report."¹
This wasn’t about national security. This was about framing Donald Trump.
The review found that Brennan showed "a preference for narrative consistency over analytical soundness" – which is fancy talk for saying he cared more about the anti-Trump story than the actual facts.¹
The rushed timeline proves this was a political hit job
Obama gave his spy chiefs less than a month to produce what should have taken months of careful analysis.¹
The timeline was so compressed that CIA analysts had what the review called "less than a week to draft the assessment and less than two days to formally coordinate it."¹
Multiple intelligence officials said they felt pressured by the impossible deadline, with many telling investigators they felt "jammed" by the compressed timeline.¹
Why the rush? Because Obama wanted this political grenade ready to explode in Trump’s face before he could take office.
The review noted that "the rushed timeline to publish both classified and unclassified versions before the presidential transition raised questions about a potential political motive."¹
You don’t say.
Media leaks corrupted the process before it even started
Get this – On December 9, 2016, both the Washington Post and New York Times reported the intelligence community had "concluded with high confidence that Russia had intervened specifically to help Trump win the election."¹
The CIA review found these media leaks created what psychologists call "anchoring" – basically brainwashing the analysts to reach predetermined conclusions rather than following the evidence.¹
This whole thing was orchestrated from the start.
Ratcliffe exposes the real conspiracy
CIA Director John Ratcliffe, who commissioned this review, didn’t hold back when explaining what really happened.
"This was Obama, Comey, Clapper and Brennan deciding ‘We’re going to screw Trump,’" Ratcliffe said in an exclusive interview with the New York Post. "It was, ‘We’re going to create this and put the imprimatur of an IC assessment in a way that nobody can question it.’"¹
Ratcliffe connected the dots to show how this bogus assessment launched the Mueller investigation that ate up two years of Trump’s first presidency.
"They stamped it as Russian collusion and then classified it so nobody could see it," he explained. "This led to Mueller. It put the seal of approval of the intelligence community that Russia was helping Trump."¹
The Steele dossier inclusion was pure corruption
Here’s the most damning part of this whole scandal.
The two senior leaders of the CIA’s Russia mission center – the people who actually knew what they were talking about – jointly argued against including any judgment that Putin "aspired" to help Trump.¹
They warned Brennan in an email on December 30 that including this claim would "open up a line of very politicized inquiry."¹
But Brennan, Comey, and Clapper rammed it through anyway because the FBI made it clear their participation "hinged on the Dossier’s inclusion."¹
These weren’t intelligence professionals following the evidence. These were political operatives pushing a narrative.
Obama’s scheme backfired spectacularly
Ratcliffe compared Obama’s Russia hoax to the Hunter Biden laptop cover-up, noting it was "the same people" behind both scandals.
"In the Hunter Biden case, it’s ‘We’ve got to lie to win the election,’" he said. "In this case, it is ‘We failed to influence the election and after we failed, we’re going to handicap the president so we can win the next election by polluting the well.’"¹
The CIA director called the politicization of intelligence "unprecedented in American history."¹
And he’s right. Obama weaponized America’s intelligence agencies against his political opponents in a way that would make banana republic dictators jealous.
Now the truth is finally coming out, and Obama’s legacy is crumbling faster than his phony Russian collusion narrative.
The American people deserved better than having their intelligence agencies turned into Democrat Party attack dogs.
But at least now we know exactly how deep the corruption went – all the way to the top.
