But the top has only just peeled off the left-wing narrative.
And the mass shooter’s belongings left Merrick Garland reeling.
What doesn’t Merrick Garland’s DOJ want the public to see?
Attorney General Merrick Garland appears to be holding up the release of the Nashville shooter’s manifesto.
The deranged killer left behind 19 journals about other mass shootings as well as a map of the Covenant School where she murdered six people.
Local law enforcement has been under overwhelming pressure to hold back the release of the manifesto.
Recently, Nashville police said in a statement, “The motive for Hale’s actions has not been established and remains under investigation by the Homicide Unit in consultation with the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit. It is known that Hale considered the actions of other mass murderers.”
The release of the manifesto now seems to be contingent on court rulings.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department announced that it was delaying the release “pending litigation.”
The department elaborated in a tweet that explained it had “been advised by counsel to hold in abeyance the release of records related to the shooting at The Covenant School pending orders or direction of the court.”
Authorities have been dragging their feet in the matter.
Earlier, Nashville Police said, “The investigation has progressed to the point where the Covenant shooter’s writings are now being reviewed for public release…This process is currently underway.”
Independent journalist Glenn Greenwald also reported that there has been considerable political pressure to keep the manifesto under wraps.

He wrote in a tweet, “We’ve spoken with 2 major law firms in Nashville who said they’d send retainer letters to represent us suing FBI and the Nashville PD to obtain the manifesto of the Nashville shooter, only to back out at the last second. The political pressures are intense. We should see it.”
So “major law firms” in the city are chickening out from fighting for the release of the documents.
One wonders why there is so much heat to keep the manifesto under lock and key.
Some have speculated that the manifesto will be an anti-Christian screed that would make the radical transgender movement look bad, and the FBI is attempting to redact the most damaning elements.
The shooter was a biological female who identified as a male and rejected the Christian faith of her family.
Regardless, the FBI and local law enforcement have only increased intrigue over the manifesto.
