Kanye West might be one of the most volatile figures in entertainment.

He was one of the most “canceled” men in the world for a moment.

But West pulled off one feat nobody saw coming.

Music mogul Kanye West has proven that he’s liable to say anything at any time.

He infuriated the Left when he donned a MAGA hat and said that he was supporting Donald Trump.

Get uncancel-able

West later made controversial statements about Jewish people that were denounced as antisemitic.

As a result, he was dropped by Adidas, then JP Morgan Chase.

The bank wrote in a statement, “We are sending this letter to confirm our recent discussion with [redacted] that JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A (the ‘Bank’) has decided to end its banking relationship with Yeezy, LLC and its affiliated entities (collectively, the ‘Company’)…To avoid any transaction delays, we suggest that you stop processing Company transactions and/or using any products associated with the accounts five business days before the scheduled closure date set forth above…After that date, the Bank will close any open accounts, and after deduction of any permissible service charges and pending transactions, remit all remaining funds in the form of a check delivered to the Company at the address of record.”

Up the charts

However, despite being “canceled,” West’s most recent album Vultures 1 charted at number one on the Apple iTunes bestsellers.

UnHerd reported that the “implication here is that West has gained a level of success and fandom that cannot be erased or reversed. Kanye is, so to speak, uncancellable. He still has tens of millions of listeners and daily streams on Spotify alone. And that was before his most recent album…A true cancellation does not come from elites in the media, music, or fashion industry. Whether we like it or not, it comes from the bottom: West will only truly be ‘canceled’ when people stop listening to his music and the demand for it fades. Until then, Kanye isn’t going to disappear any time soon.”

While many of West’s statements were condemnable, his latest album’s success is a sign that social media and other parallel economy outlets have allowed people to express themselves and avoid being “canceled” entirely.

A few years ago, being de-banked would be a death knell for a business, but now alternative payment processors are springing up.

The answer to bad speech is not censorship, which is the main tool of the global elites.
