James Comer Slammed Pam Bondi After Congress Made This Jaw-Dropping Discovery

Trump supporters are fed up with the Justice Department.

They expected action from the Attorney General.

And James Comer slammed Pam Bondi after Congress made this jaw-dropping discovery.

House Republicans discover Attorney General sitting on criminal referrals

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer dropped a bombshell during an interview with investigative journalist Catherine Herridge.

Criminal referrals from his committee's investigations are collecting dust on Attorney General Pam Bondi's desk.

"I've been disappointed in some of the criminal referrals that are collecting dust on Attorney General Bondi's desk," Comer said.

The Kentucky Republican already raised this directly with the White House.

"I've made that very clear with the White House," Comer continued.

The targets Republicans expected to see prosecuted range from Dr. Fauci to the Biden family influence peddling scheme.

Herridge showed Comer a viral chart making the rounds on social media.

The chart listed major scandals Republicans investigated — Russia collusion, Benghazi, the Biden autopen scandal.

Every single entry showed the same result.

Zero arrests.

"Is that what accountability looks like?" Herridge asked.

"That's the biggest complaint of every Republican on the House Oversight Committee is there haven't been enough arrests," Comer responded.

The Oversight Committee conducted 54 hearings, passed 38 bills, sent over 200 letters, and completed 26 transcribed interviews and nine depositions in 2025.

All that work produced bureaucrat resignations.

Not a single arrest.

Senator Rand Paul reveals Bondi ignored Fauci criminal evidence

Senator Rand Paul went public with the same complaint on Joe Rogan's podcast.

Paul sent criminal referrals twice to the Biden Justice Department with evidence that Dr. Anthony Fauci lied to Congress.

Now he's sent evidence to Bondi.

Same result.

"Under the Biden administration, I sent criminal referrals for Anthony Fauci to Merrick Garland twice. And I sent them evidence that he had lied to Congress, which was a felony," Paul explained.

Paul worked with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who gave him more evidence.

The bombshell: Fauci told people to destroy communications after reading them.

"In Anthony Fauci's communications, we now have evidence that he was telling people like Francis Collins, 'Read this and destroy it.' Well, you can't do that," Paul stated.

Destroying government records is a federal crime.

"So we have this evidence, and I've summarized it again in a criminal referral to Trump's attorney general. And I still haven't gotten action," Paul said.

Biden granted Fauci a sweeping pardon before leaving office using an autopen.

Paul argued prosecutors should challenge whether an autopen pardon is even valid.

"They ought to take it to court," Paul insisted.

Trump already declared documents signed by Biden's autopen "null, void, and of no further force or effect."

But the Justice Department hasn't filed the paperwork.

"Someone from the Department of Justice just has to take it to court," Comer stated.

Nobody's filed it.

Bondi won't do it.

Trump's private fury explodes over Bondi's failures

Wall Street Journal reporting revealed Trump has been privately calling Bondi "weak" and "ineffective" to aides for weeks.

The President's biggest grievance centers on failed prosecutions of James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Both cases got dismissed after a judge ruled the lawyer Bondi appointed lacked proper authority.

She picked someone unqualified and blew two major prosecutions.

Trump also exploded over Bondi's botched handling of the Epstein files.

Bondi claimed the Epstein client list was sitting on her desk, then reversed course and released binders full of already-public information.

Trump accidentally posted a message meant as a private text to Bondi on Truth Social last September.

"What about Comey, Adam 'Shifty' Schiff, Leticia???" Trump wrote.

"They're all guilty as hell, but nothing is going to be done. We can't delay any longer, it's killing our reputation and credibility," Trump added.

The President has now discussed appointing special counsels to bypass Bondi entirely.

Steve Bannon told the Journal that Bondi is "bleeding support from her and President Trump's most loyal troops."

"Folks are desperate for action and just haven't seen it," Bannon stated.

Trump has a pattern here that Bondi should have studied.

Jeff Sessions refused to prosecute Hillary Clinton and got fired.

William Barr wouldn't investigate the 2020 election aggressively enough and got pushed out.

Now Bondi's sitting on criminal referrals while the people who tried to destroy Trump walk free.

Republicans spent years getting railroaded by Democrat prosecutors.

Trump got indicted five times over nothing.

His supporters got thrown in jail for misdemeanors.

Conservative activists got their doors kicked in by the FBI at dawn.

Now Trump's Attorney General won't prosecute the criminals who orchestrated it all.

The scoreboard tells the story.

Not one coup plotter arrested.

The Russia hoax conspirators walk free.

Nobody's been held accountable for weaponizing the FBI and DOJ against Trump.

The Justice Department hid behind grand jury secrecy rules and blamed Senate Democrats for slow confirmations.

Those are excuses, not results.

Trump supporters elected him to drain the swamp and prosecute the criminals who tried to overthrow his presidency.

Bondi's not getting it done.

And Trump's running out of patience.
