Michael Franzese was a Colombo crime family boss who ended up in federal prison.

Franzese Pleaded Guilty to RICO and Says the Biden Crime Family Should Have Been Indicted Long Ago
Michael Franzese rose through the ranks of the Colombo crime family in New York City to capo before going down on federal RICO charges.
Franzese faced three separate RICO indictments – two federal, one state – spending time in federal prison for racketeering charges brought by Rudy Giuliani himself.
He ran a gas tax scheme so sophisticated it averaged $7 to $8 million a week for the Colombo family, with Fortune once ranking Franzese himself among the top 50 mob bosses in the country.
After watching Congress spend two years piecing together the Biden family's financial trail, Franzese told Sean Hannity on his podcast he had seen enough.
"Sean, there was more evidence to indict him on a RICO statute than there was me," Franzese said. "I'm telling you. I know that statute inside and out."
He described the Biden file the same way federal prosecutors describe mob cases: suspicious bank accounts, money routed through shell companies, foreign sources, family members collecting cash with no documented service provided.
"What service did you provide? What product were you selling? Why were you collecting this money?" Franzese asked. "Sending it to family members, there still has to be a service they were providing."
There wasn't one.
The Biden Family Investigation Found 20 Shell Companies and 27 Million Dollars in Foreign Cash
The House Oversight Committee spent two years subpoenaing bank records and deposing witnesses.
From 2014 to the present, Biden family members and their associates received over $27 million from foreign individuals and entities – China, Ukraine, Romania, Russia – funneled through more than 20 shell companies whose only function was to move money and hide where it came from.
House Oversight Chairman James Comer documented direct monthly payments from Hunter Biden's corporate account to Joe Biden personally, with thousands of dollars traceable directly to China.
The committees concluded Biden had "conspired to commit influence peddling and grift" and "abused his office" to enrich his family.
RICO requires exactly two things to trigger federal prosecution: an ongoing criminal enterprise and at least two related criminal acts within a ten-year period.
The Biden file had both – in bank records, with witnesses, referred to the Justice Department for prosecution.
Merrick Garland's DOJ declined to act.
The Colombo Crime Family Boss Who Ran 18 Shell Companies Recognized Biden Corruption Immediately
Franzese personally operated 18 shell companies during his mob years – accounts with no offices, no employees, no product.
Their only job was to collect money and move it without leaving a clean trail.
Congress found the same architecture in the Biden family's corporate structure: shell companies with no apparent business purpose, set up specifically to receive and distribute foreign cash while keeping Joe Biden's name off the wire transfers.
The law Congress passed in 1970 to dismantle the Colombo family maps directly onto what the House committees documented and sent to DOJ.
Garland passed.
Franzese grew up in that world, watched his father go to prison, beat multiple RICO indictments himself, and eventually walked away from the life.
He knows exactly what it looks like when prosecutors with a solid case choose to look the other way.
"I never seen anything like that," Franzese told Hannity of the lawfare against Trump. "All this warfare they put against him."
The man who went to prison for exactly what the Biden family did is watching Biden walk free.
He can't explain it.
Neither can anyone else.
