Barack Obama's CIA director briefed him in August 2016 that Hillary Clinton invented the Russia collusion story.
Instead of shutting it down, Obama made sure it kept moving – and now declassified documents prove it.
What he did after that briefing is the reason a federal grand jury is now asking questions.
Hillary Clinton Manufactured the Russia Collusion Hoax and John Brennan Told Obama Everything
Hillary Clinton didn't stumble into the Russia collusion story.
She engineered it.
Just the News founder John Solomon reveals that a Clinton campaign internal poll found voters were most worried about Hillary's own family ties to Russia – so her team decided to pin Russia's baggage on Donald Trump instead.
That September, Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann brought fabricated computer data to the FBI claiming to link Trump to Russia's Alfa Bank.
Obama knew all of this before any of it reached the FBI.
On August 3, 2016, CIA Director John Brennan walked into the White House.
He briefed Obama, Biden, Comey, and DNI James Clapper on what U.S. intelligence had just intercepted.
Clinton's foreign policy team had approved a plan – signed off by Hillary herself – to manufacture a Russia scandal and pin it on Trump.
Brennan's own handwritten notes confirm he told Obama exactly what Clinton was doing.
Obama was the most powerful man on earth.
His CIA director was explaining that the Democratic nominee had ordered a fabricated espionage operation against the Republican presidential candidate.
He did nothing.
The January 5 Oval Office Meeting Where Obama Targeted Mike Flynn
On January 4, 2017, FBI field agents reviewed General Mike Flynn – codenamed Crossfire Razor – and found zero derogatory information on him.
They were closing the case.
The very next day, Obama summoned Brennan, Comey, Biden, DNI Clapper, Deputy AG Sally Yates, and National Security Adviser Susan Rice into the Oval Office.
After the main briefing ended, Obama cleared the room and kept only the two crossing into the Trump administration – Comey and Yates.
He told them he had learned about Flynn's calls with Russian Ambassador Kislyak and asked whether Flynn should be "treated differently."
One week later, someone inside Obama's administration leaked those classified Flynn-Kislyak calls to The Washington Post – a felony that destroyed Mike Flynn's career before he ever took his first meeting.
Four days after Trump's inauguration, FBI agent Peter Strzok walked into the White House and interviewed Flynn – without warning, without a lawyer present, without telling the incoming administration a word.
Strzok was the same agent who texted "we'll stop it" when asked whether Trump could become president.
The FBI then charged Flynn with lying to those agents – even though the agents already had the transcripts and knew exactly what he said.
Susan Rice – in the room on January 5 – sent herself a peculiar email on inauguration day memorializing Obama's instruction that everything be done "by the book."
That email exists because Rice knew what happened in that room was going to need explaining.
The Russiagate Grand Jury Is Active and Obama Has Never Testified Under Oath
A federal grand jury is now active.
Former Attorney General Pam Bondi launched the investigation in August 2025 after former DNI Tulsi Gabbard submitted a criminal referral naming Obama-era officials for manufacturing intelligence to destroy Donald Trump.
Gabbard met personally with DOJ prosecutors and told Fox News they are "committed to leaving no stone unturned."
Barack Obama should be in that room.
That August 2016 briefing doesn't just make him complicit – it makes him a witness in a federal criminal investigation.
He watched Brennan insist on including the debunked Steele dossier in the official intelligence assessment – over the objections of CIA analysts who said it violated basic tradecraft.
The day after FBI agents formally cleared Flynn, Obama held a secret meeting and asked questions that led directly to a career-ending ambush interview.
He presided over the administration that leaked classified transcripts to the press.
Eight years of speeches and Netflix deals later, Obama has never sat in front of a grand jury or testified before a single congressional committee.
He has never explained what he knew or what he chose to do about it.
The Justice Department has the grand jury running. The declassified Brennan notes are in the public record.
The only thing missing is the man who ran the whole operation sitting in a chair, raising his right hand, and answering the question.
John Solomon has been saying this for years.
Now there is finally a grand jury to make him.
