Jim Jordan Just Exposed What Jamie Raskin Is Already Planning if Democrats Win the House

House Democrats have already mapped out exactly who they plan to investigate the moment they take the majority.

Jim Jordan has been watching them build it – and this week he went public.

What Democrats have planned for the morning after Election Day is something Jordan says America has never seen before.

Jamie Raskin Revealed His Trump Impeachment Plan on Live Television

Rep. Jamie Raskin went on Meet the Press and told the country Trump has "undoubtedly" committed impeachable offenses. Then the reporter asked him to name one. His answer: "We don't have time to remotely scratch the surface."

Raskin has already decided the verdict and is working backward to find the charges.

Fox News confirmed what Raskin wouldn't fully say out loud. If Democrats take the House, the investigation blitz launches immediately. Rep. Robert Garcia, the ranking Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, has been coordinating directly with Raskin for months.

Garcia told Fox News Digital the target list is already built: ICE and the Department of Homeland Security, the Jeffrey Epstein investigation, the Trump family's finances, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at HHS. Raskin has separately been collecting information on Jared Kushner and Donald Trump Jr.

Jim Jordan – who chairs the House Judiciary Committee – told Breitbart News Daily that Democrats have no interest in governing if they win.

No legislation or solutions for the American people – just an endless machine of subpoenas and hearings designed to drag down every Republican who might run for president in 2028.

"They take the oversight function, which is a constitutional duty we have, they take it and turn it into weaponization and it'll be in an unprecedented fashion, you can already see Jamie Raskin, my counterpart on the Judiciary Committee. They're already gearing up if, in fact, they win," Jordan said.

Raskin hasn't been quiet about it. He told NBC he views impeachment as a non-negotiable weapon in Democrats' constitutional arsenal – one Democrats will not hesitate to deploy.

Then he spent several minutes cataloging what he described as Trump's crimes before pivoting to say – for now – healthcare is the priority.

Raskin is managing the politics of not sounding too eager. He knows swing-district voters are skeptical of another impeachment circus. So he's running the "investigations first, impeachment if necessary" play – the same one Democrats ran in 2019 before the first impeachment.

The playbook hasn't changed. Only the list of targets has gotten longer.

Five House Seats Stand Between Trump and a Democrat-Run House Judiciary Committee

Five seats stand between Jamie Raskin chairing the House Judiciary Committee with subpoena power and Jim Jordan holding it. Republicans currently hold 218; Democrats need to flip just five to seize the majority.

Jordan warned that a Democrat House would investigate Marco Rubio, JD Vance, and every likely Republican presidential contender for 2028. That's not speculation. Democrats already tried this during the first Trump term.

In the 116th Congress, Democrat committee chairs launched investigations into Trump's finances, his family, his inaugural committee, his hotel, his security clearances, and his phone calls. They subpoenaed banks, accountants, and White House staff. The headlines never stopped – and every one of them was manufactured.

Paralysis was always the point.

Raskin led the impeachment managers who ran the second Senate trial after January 6. He knows exactly how these proceedings generate maximum television coverage with minimum legal exposure. He has been rehearsing this since the moment Republicans took back the House in 2022.

Now he's telling America that the offenses are already identified – there are so many he can't name them all. The investigation would launch the day the majority flips.

Democrats ran this exact playbook during Trump's first term – an endless conveyor belt of hearings, subpoenas, and impeachment votes engineered to produce maximum headlines with zero governing.

Every hearing became a CNN chyron, every subpoena a New York Times front page. The legacy media didn't cover those proceedings as news – they produced them like a television series, with Democrats feeding the scripts and anchors reading them on air.

The goal was never governing. It’s to make the Republican Party unelectable by 2028 – to make sure the next Republican nominee walks into that election buried under four years of Democrat-manufactured scandal, every potential successor bloodied, every cabinet secretary's reputation torched.

Jordan said Republicans will hold the House, and Trump spent Labor Day telling supporters that Republicans will win big in November.

But Raskin just showed the country exactly what losing looks like. He wasn't warning about it. He was promising it.
