A Senate Candidate Just Revealed What Chuck Schumer Plans to Do to Trump With a Majority

Democrats have been quietly building a plan to destroy Trump's last two years in office if they win Congress in November.

Most of them have been careful not to say it out loud.

Then a Senate candidate sat down with Jen Psaki and said every word of it on camera.

What Graham Platner Told Jen Psaki About Democrats and Trump

Graham Platner – oyster farmer, Bernie Sanders protégé – is now the Democrat nominee-in-waiting for Maine's Senate seat.

He told Psaki on that a Democrat Senate majority has one job.

"I want the Trump Administration not to function," Platner said, "because everyone in the White House is being hauled under subpoena in front of a Senate committee, day after day after day."

Then he put a number on it.

"We could probably be doing this for the next 30 years."

None of it has anything to do with lowering your grocery bill, securing the border, or fixing a single thing that affects your daily life.

Thirty years of subpoena theater – that is the governing vision Schumer rubber-stamped when he pivoted his endorsement to Platner the same day his establishment pick dropped out of the race.

Platner also called for cutting off all federal funding for ICE.

And in a separate NBC interview, he said Democrats should impeach both Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito from the Supreme Court.

The RNC's Kristen Cianci fired back. “Graham Platner is saying the quiet part out loud: Democrats' one and only priority is obstructing the Trump Administration."

How Chuck Schumer and House Democrats Are Already Preparing

Platner is not ad-libbing.

He is describing – with specifics and on camera – a plan the rest of the Democrat Party is already quietly executing.

Axios reported that House Democrats are conducting what they call "shadow hearings" – private preparation sessions designed to have impeachment articles against Donald Trump ready to file on Day 1 if they win the House in November.

Rep. Yassamin Ansari told Axios directly that if Democrats retake the House, "the push for impeachment is going to be overwhelming."

Hakeem Jeffries went on Fox News and said impeachment was "of course not" his top priority.

But 187 of his members have already signed the paperwork.

What Chuck Schumer's Endorsement of Graham Platner Really Means

Maine Governor Janet Mills was the Democrat Washington wanted in the state’s Senate race. Mills had Schumer's endorsement, the DSCC's money, and every major party group behind her.

She also refused three separate times to say ICE should be abolished. She was losing by more than 25 points in primary polling and dropped out.

Schumer immediately endorsed Platner – the man calling for 30-year subpoena campaigns, Supreme Court impeachments, and defunding federal immigration enforcement.

NRSC Chair Tim Scott responded the same day.

"Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats just coronated a phony who is too extreme for Maine."

Republicans delivered the largest middle-class tax cut in a generation, secured the border, and brought manufacturing jobs back to communities that had not seen them in 30 years.

Democrats sat in the minority, called it all fascism, and spent their time preparing impeachment paperwork.

Platner is now their Senate candidate in the most competitive race in the country, polling ahead of Susan Collins, and he handed Republicans the 2026 campaign in a single interview.

Thirty years of subpoenas, a defunded ICE, and two Supreme Court justices dragged through impeachment hearings — that is the platform, and the only remarkable thing about it is that someone finally said it out loud.
