Soros DA Threatened to Arrest ICE Agents at a US Airport for Doing Something Totally Legal

A George Soros-backed prosecutor called ICE agents "wannabe Nazis" and promised to hunt them down like war criminals.

Now that same prosecutor is standing at the Philadelphia airport threatening to put federal officers in handcuffs.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner – a local elected official with zero federal authority – just threatened to jail ICE agents for doing something the Constitution explicitly protects.

Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner Threatened to Arrest ICE Agents at Philadelphia International Airport

Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner didn't show up to the airport to talk about TSA wait times.

He showed up to threaten the men and women keeping American travelers safe.

"The president cannot pardon you," Krasner told reporters. "I will put you in handcuffs. And if necessary, I will put you in a jail cell."

This is the same Larry Krasner who, back in February, stood at an "ICE Out" press conference and called federal officers "a small bunch of wannabe Nazis" and vowed to track them down.

"If we have to hunt you down the way they hunted down Nazis for decades," Krasner said, "we will find your identities, we will find you, we will achieve justice."

ICE agents keeping American skies safe – that's who Philadelphia's DA wants to hunt.

The Supremacy Clause Makes Krasner's Threat Illegal

What Krasner knows but won't tell you: he can't do it.

The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution – the same document Krasner swore an oath to uphold – settled this 136 years ago.

In In re Neagle, the Supreme Court established that federal officers executing their official duties cannot be prosecuted by state officials for those very actions.

Pennsylvania state Senator Doug Mastriano – a former military strategic studies professor who knows federal law – was blunt: Philadelphia officials "cannot order the arrest of ICE agents for doing their federal jobs."

Harmeet Dhillon, the former Assistant Attorney General, went further.

"Krasner can't arrest them, and he can be arrested for interfering with federal officers. He knows this."

Larry Krasner knows exactly what the Constitution says. A Soros-funded DA threatening federal heroes to score points with Socialist Democrats while American families wait four hours to board a plane isn't confused — he's calculated.

Why Trump Sent ICE to the Airport in the First Place

Democrats engineered a government shutdown targeting the Department of Homeland Security.

Forty days in, it's gutting TSA.

More than 400 TSA officers have quit outright.

Thousands more are calling out sick — unable to cover gas money, childcare, or groceries while Democrats hold their paychecks hostage.

"Because of the Democrat shutdown, President Trump is using every tool available to help American travelers who are facing hours long lines at airports across the country," DHS said Sunday – especially during spring break season, when families are trying to get somewhere.

Trump's answer was simple and legal: deploy ICE officers, already funded by Congress, to airports being hit hardest.

And what does Philadelphia's Soros DA do?

Threaten to arrest the solution.

Krasner Has Always Protected the Wrong People

The widow of slain Philadelphia Police Officer James O'Connor testified before Congress that the man charged with killing her husband had been arrested multiple times – and stayed on the street because of how Krasner's office handled his cases.

Krasner reduced criminal sentences in Philadelphia by more than 28,000 combined years and slashed supervision of criminals on probation or parole by over 118,000 more.

He has also argued — out loud, on the record — that prosecuting illegal gun possession "criminalizes poverty."

That's Larry Krasner protecting Philadelphia.

Now he wants to put ICE agents in handcuffs for working an airport security line.

Larry Krasner is a fierce defender of law and order when is serves him.

When the law is coming for illegal aliens he wants to protect, he calls federal agents Nazis and threatens to hunt them down.

ICE agents will work that airport whether Krasner likes it or not.

And if Philadelphia's DA wants to find out what the Supremacy Clause actually means in practice, he's welcome to try.
