Arizona's Democrat Attorney General put ICE agents in her crosshairs.

She put a bullseye on their back.

And Arizona AG made one scary threat at ICE agents that put them in danger.

Arizona Attorney General tries to delegitimize ICE agents

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes gave an interview to 12 News where she made a shocking claim about Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

Mayes said she does not consider ICE "officers" to be "real law enforcement."

She specifically put the word "officers" in quotation marks.

"I put that in air quotes because I don't think they are real law enforcement," Mayes said.

The Democrat Attorney General claimed that ICE officers "are poorly trained."

Mayes then issued a direct threat to federal immigration agents.

"We are watching you. If you violate an Arizona law I will prosecute you, we will investigate you, and we will make sure that Arizona laws are enforced," Mayes warned.

Democrats are running the same playbook across the country.

They're painting ICE agents as illegitimate to provoke violent confrontations.

Mayes gives Arizonans legal cover to shoot federal agents

Mayes went even further during the interview.

She brought up Arizona's Stand Your Ground law as an invitation to violence.

"You have these masked, federal officers with very little identification — sometimes no identification — wearing plain clothes and masks and we have a 'Stand Your Ground' law that says if you reasonably believe your life is in danger and you're in your house or in your car or on your property, that you can defend yourself with lethal force," Mayes explained.

She's framing ICE agents as mysterious armed intruders rather than federal officers executing lawful deportations.

This exact rhetoric led to two shootings in Minneapolis just days ago.

Democrat attorneys general across the country got the same memo after Minneapolis — double down on delegitimizing ICE to provoke more confrontations.

They watched radical leftist activists open fire on federal agents and decided that's exactly the crisis they need.

Two people have already been shot during ICE operations in Minneapolis, including Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old ICU nurse who was shot and killed by Border Patrol agents.

A federal agent had his finger bitten off by a rioter during the chaos that followed.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz let the violence escalate for days before Trump sent in reinforcements.

Now Mayes is running the same playbook Arizona.

While ICE agents dodge bullets executing lawful deportations, Mayes sits safe in her office threatening to prosecute them.

Democrats are making a cold calculation.

Trump won the presidency by over 5 million votes with a mandate to secure the border and deport illegal aliens.

Voters spoke loud and clear in November.

Democrat attorneys general think they can nullify that election by making ICE enforcement so dangerous that agents won't do their jobs.

They're using radical leftist activists as cannon fodder — literal pawns who don't realize Democrats want them to get hurt or killed.

If enough blood gets spilled, Democrats think public opinion will turn against Trump's deportation operations and Republicans will cave.

Some weak-kneed Republicans are already taking the bait, pushing for ICE to scale back after Minneapolis.

That's exactly what Mayes and the Democrat AG strategy counts on.

First Minnesota, now Arizona.

Watch for this exact playbook to roll out in every blue state with a Democrat attorney general.

They'll claim ICE agents aren't legitimate law enforcement, invoke state self-defense laws, and wait for the inevitable violence.

Then they'll demand Trump stop deportations to "prevent more bloodshed" — bloodshed they deliberately provoked.

Attorney General Pam Bondi already warned Minnesota Democrats that "accountability is coming."

Mayes needs to hear the same message before Arizona turns into the next Minneapolis.

Federal law enforcement officers executing the will of the American voters are not fair game for violence.

And state officials who incite attacks on them need to face federal charges.
