The Same Officials Who Protected Clinton Fabricated Evidence Against Trump
FBI Director Kash Patel just declassified documents that expose the biggest political conspiracy in American history.

In 2016, FBI agents in New York, Little Rock, and Washington uncovered a massive pay-to-play scheme at the Clinton Foundation.
Foreign governments and deep-pocketed donors bought access and favors from Hillary Clinton's State Department in exchange for hundreds of millions flowing to the Clinton Foundation.
Then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates ordered FBI agents to "shut it down" in March 2016.¹
Not investigate it differently.
Shut it down.
Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe — whose wife pocketed $675,000 in campaign cash from a Clinton Foundation board member just two months earlier — personally blocked every investigative step.²
In July 2016, agents were ordered to avoid "creating any impression we are investigating the Clinton Foundation or the Clintons."³
They couldn't issue subpoenas.
They couldn't conduct interviews.
They couldn't even share Clinton Foundation bank account information with other FBI offices.⁴
When agents found potentially incriminating evidence on Anthony Weiner's laptop in November 2016, McCabe blocked the Clinton Foundation team from accessing it.⁵
Now compare that protection to how these same officials treated Trump.
FBI Warned Biden DOJ Had No Probable Cause But They Raided Anyway
Newly declassified emails show FBI agents repeatedly warned Biden's Justice Department they didn't have probable cause to raid Trump's Mar-a-Lago home.
"WFO does not believe (and has articulated to DOJ), that we have established probable cause for the search warrant for classified records at Mar-a-Lago," one FBI official wrote in July 2022.⁶
The evidence was "single source" that "has not been corroborated, and may be dated."⁷
FBI agents said a raid would be "counterproductive" and begged DOJ to try "alternative, less intrusive and likelier quicker options."⁸
Deputy Assistant Attorney General George Toscas dismissed FBI concerns.
He told agents he "frankly doesn't give a damn about the optics."⁹
They raided Trump's home anyway on August 8, 2022.
Agents broke into his safe while he was out of town.
They rifled through his office.
They even searched Melania Trump's bedroom and closet.
Let that sink in.
Obama's DOJ blocked investigations into Clinton Foundation corruption involving foreign governments buying access to the Secretary of State.
Then Biden's DOJ fabricated probable cause to raid a former President's home over documents.
The same cast of characters.
Protect Democrats, destroy Trump.
This Is A Slam Dunk RICO Case
Retired FBI agent Jonathan Gilliam spent decades assembling major crime cases.
He says this case against Obama's officials is a "slam dunk."
"This is a group of people that continue to come up in one case of building cases against Trump, falsifying information. But now it shows that the same people were conspiring to do a second overall crime, or second conspiracy to protect the political candidate that they agree with," Gilliam told Just the News.¹⁰
"If this was a mafia case, and we had this clear-cut of an example of a group of people committing two or more crimes for the furtherance of their political group or their enterprise. This would be a slam dunk case for any US Attorney."¹¹
You identify the criminal enterprise.
You document multiple crimes committed to further the enterprise.
You charge everyone involved under RICO.
"I think this really does lead to bigger charges such as conspiracy to overthrow an election, I would say, potentially treason, if you could put that in there, but definitely sedition," Gilliam stated.¹²
Sally Yates ordered the Clinton investigation shut down.
Andrew McCabe — whose wife took Clinton cash — blocked every investigative avenue.
Then when Trump won anyway, these same officials turned the entire apparatus against him.
They fabricated the Russia collusion narrative.
They went after Trump over documents while Biden's own classified materials sat in his garage and multiple other unsecured locations.
They raided his home without probable cause.
McCabe's Conflict Should Have Disqualified Him
In January 2016 — two months before FBI field offices opened Clinton Foundation investigations — McCabe's wife accepted more than $675,000 from a political action committee run by Terry McAuliffe.¹³
McAuliffe sat on the Clinton Foundation board.
McCabe didn't recuse himself from Clinton-related matters until November 2016 — long after he'd made critical decisions to protect the Clintons.¹⁴
By then the damage was done.
Investigations were shut down.
Agents buried the evidence.
The statute of limitations was running out.
When Trump's first administration tried to reopen the Clinton Foundation case in 2017, Obama holdovers at DOJ deliberately withheld documents showing the prior obstruction.¹⁵
A court later concluded there "appeared to be conflicts of interest" within DOJ leadership that undermined the Clinton Foundation investigation.¹⁶
That's not a bureaucratic failure.
That's a criminal conspiracy.
Bondi Empaneled A Grand Jury To Go After Them
Attorney General Pam Bondi isn't playing games.
She launched a strike force to investigate law enforcement abuses over the past decade.
She empaneled a grand jury.
Current and former prosecutors have volunteered to help determine whether a criminal conspiracy shielded Democrats while targeting Trump and his allies.
Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon says there's enough evidence to pursue conspiracy charges for violating Trump's civil liberties.
Gilliam says the case needs a "Justice Czar" to coordinate the prosecutions because the scope is so massive.
"We need real investigators under a justice czar to look at these people and criminally investigate and charge them," Gilliam explained.¹⁷
"This is years of individuals working their way up and getting together or being pulled up and put together so that they could conspire to stop one individual from becoming president and push the other person forward."¹⁸
The same officials who protected Hillary Clinton's pay-to-play scheme fabricated probable cause to raid Trump's home.
They didn't bend the rules for their allies.
They shattered them.
And now they're going to face the same RICO charges they once reserved for mobsters.
Obama's Deep State thought they were untouchable.
Pam Bondi just proved them wrong.
