Democrat judges are waging war against Trump in historic fashion with this dirty trick

President Trump returned to the White House with a clear mandate to drain the swamp.

The Left knew they couldn’t stop him at the ballot box.

And Democrat judges are waging war against Trump in historic fashion with this dirty trick.

Obama and Biden judges deliver verdicts in record time

Federal civil lawsuits normally take years to resolve.

But when Trump’s policies are on the line, Obama and Biden judges are delivering final verdicts in weeks.

Judge Karin Immergut in Oregon took just 31 days from the moment a case landed on her desk to entering final judgment blocking Trump’s National Guard deployment to Portland.

Judge William Young in Massachusetts needed only 53 days to grant final judgment blocking Trump’s effort to end DEI funding through the National Institutes of Health.

For perspective, the average federal civil case takes 18 to 24 months to reach final judgment.

These partisan judges are rushing through Trump cases at 10 to 20 times normal speed.

Attorney Bill Shipley who blogs under the name Shipwreckedcrew documented four cases where liberal judges worked around the clock to stop Trump’s America First agenda.

Judge Charles Breyer in California took 85 days to permanently block Trump’s National Guard deployment even after the Ninth Circuit had already rejected his initial restraining order.

Judge Edward Chen in San Francisco decided Trump couldn’t end Temporary Protective Status for Venezuelan gang members in just 109 days.

Chen’s court saw literally dozens of filings every single day as he and a magistrate judge personally handled discovery disputes to keep the case on a breakneck timeline.

It’s as if these judges had only one case on their dockets when everyone knows federal judges juggle hundreds of cases simultaneously.

The pattern is unmistakable.

When Trump tries to secure the border, end wasteful spending, or deploy the National Guard to restore law and order, Obama and Biden judges drop everything else to block him.

Liberal activists are hand-picking friendly courtrooms

Of 61 lower court judges who ruled against Trump administration policies, 49 were appointed by Democrat presidents.¹

Obama appointed 21 of them, Biden appointed 19, Bill Clinton appointed nine, and Jimmy Carter appointed one.

Democrat groups aren’t randomly filing lawsuits.

They’re deliberately choosing districts where Obama and Biden appointees dominate the bench.

California’s federal courts have two-thirds of judges appointed by Democrats.

Texas has two-thirds appointed by Republicans.

Liberal activists know exactly what they’re doing when they file in San Francisco instead of Dallas.

Judge John McConnell in Rhode Island shows how rigged the system has become.

McConnell donated about $60,000 to Democrat candidates over 10 years before Obama nominated him to the federal bench.²

He was treasurer of the Rhode Island Democrat Committee and chaired a Democrat mayor’s campaign.

Now he’s blocking Trump’s spending freeze and threatening administration officials with contempt if they don’t comply.

These aren’t impartial judges dispensing blind justice.

They’re Democrat operatives in robes racing to stop Trump before he can expose the corruption they spent decades protecting.

Judge James Boasberg in Washington blocked deportations of Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act even after the planes were in the air.

The Trump administration proceeded with the flights anyway after determining Boasberg’s order didn’t apply once they left U.S. airspace.

Boasberg issued another order demanding the planes return to American soil.

When Trump ignored him, the judge threw a tantrum accusing the administration of acting like “we don’t care, we’ll do what we want.”

That’s exactly right.

Trump was elected to carry out the will of the American people, not submit to unelected judges trying to run the country from their benches.

Attorney General Pam Bondi explained what these activist judges are really doing.

“What they’re doing to him, to our country is outrageous,” Bondi said about the judicial assault on Elon Musk’s DOGE efforts.³ “You know, people work their whole lives and pay taxes, yet they find out that they’ve been giving $2 million to Guatemala for sex changes, it’s outrageous, and it’s going to stop.”

The judges blocking Trump aren’t concerned about the Constitution or the rule of law.

They’re trying to obstruct the President from draining the swamp and exposing decades of government waste and corruption that lines their friends’ pockets.

Trump fights back as Supreme Court reverses partisan rulings

The good news is the Supreme Court keeps overturning these partisan lower court rulings.

But the damage is already done.

Every day Trump’s policies are blocked, the Swamp gets more time to cover its tracks.

Thirty-one of the 67 cases seeking to block Trump policies were filed in Washington D.C.’s federal district court, where the federal government is headquartered.⁴

Unlike the Biden years when conservatives filed challenges in carefully selected single-judge divisions in Texas, these Trump cases are spreading across 14 different district courts in eight circuits.

The difference is that Biden faced legitimate constitutional challenges to executive overreach.

Trump is being targeted by partisan activists using Democrat-appointed judges as a weapon to thwart the will of voters.

These judges are blocking everything from immigration enforcement to DOGE’s efforts to root out government waste.

They’re protecting the corrupt system that sends $2 million to Guatemala for sex changes while American veterans sleep on the streets.

President Trump told reporters in the Oval Office that he was floored by what these judges are doing.

“We want to weed out corruption,” Trump said. “And it seems hard to believe that a judge could say, we don’t want you to do that.”

Trump’s right to be outraged.

Unelected judges working at warp speed to protect the swamp while ignoring their hundreds of other cases proves this isn’t about justice.

It’s about stopping Trump from keeping his promises to the American people who elected him.
