Foreign money is drowning American politics.

Democrats won't touch it because it bankrolls their entire operation.

And globalists just got caught funneling billions into U.S. politics in one scheme that has Trump fuming.

Foreign money flooding into left-wing groups

A bombshell report exposed how European foundations dumped nearly $2 billion into American political groups targeting everything from climate policy to anti-Trump protests.

Americans for Public Trust traced the money from five foreign charities to dozens of U.S. nonprofits pushing a radical leftist agenda that voters would never support if they knew who was funding it.

"Foreign money is coming in, and it's trying to erode our democracy," Americans for Public Trust executive director Caitlin Sutherland told Fox News Digital.¹

The Quadrature Climate Foundation from the United Kingdom handed out roughly $520 million to 41 U.S. groups since 2020 alone.²

That's just one of five foreign operations — the KR Foundation from Denmark, the Oak Foundation from Switzerland, the Laudes Foundation from Switzerland and the Netherlands, and the Children's Investment Fund Foundation from the UK — pouring money into American politics through a massive loophole.³

Federal law bans foreign nationals from donating directly to political candidates.

But these foreign charities exploit a gaping hole in the system by funding "get-out-and-vote" campaigns, lobbying efforts, issue advertising, and activist organizations that shape American policy without ever cutting a check to a politician.

Democrats pretend to care about foreign interference in elections while European billionaires bankroll their entire movement.

Trump EPA already axed funding for one group caught red-handed

The most shocking revelation in the report involves where the foreign cash ended up.

The Environmental Law Institute received $650,000 from Switzerland's Oak Foundation since 2018.⁴

ELI runs the Climate Judiciary Project, which claims to "educate" judges on climate science — but really trains them to rule in favor of radical environmental lawsuits.

"The fact that a group that is so-called educating judges on climate is the beneficiary of foreign money is a huge problem," Sutherland explained.⁵

Twenty-three state attorneys general demanded EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin cut off federal funding to ELI in August after discovering the group was getting hundreds of thousands in taxpayer dollars on top of the foreign money.⁶

The EPA was handing ELI $637,591 in 2024 and $866,402 in 2023 while the group simultaneously collected foreign cash to influence American judges.⁷

Zeldin didn't hesitate.

President Trump's EPA axed all funding to the Environmental Law Institute.⁸

But ELI's Climate Judiciary Project had already trained more than 2,000 state and federal judges by that point.⁹

These weren't neutral educational seminars about science.

The project's own materials admit they're shaping how judges think about climate litigation — the exact cases these same judges will rule on when activist groups sue American energy companies.

Anti-Trump protests funded by foreign foundations

The foreign money trail leads straight to the anti-Trump resistance.

Switzerland's Oak Foundation funneled $1.6 million into Community Change, the organization serving as "fiscal sponsor" for Free DC.¹⁰

Free DC organized massive protests against President Trump's crackdown on crime in Washington, D.C.

When Trump deployed the National Guard to restore order in the nation's capital after violent crime spiraled out of control, Free DC mobilized thousands of protesters calling it an "occupation" and demanding Trump's forces leave.¹¹

"END THE D.C. OCCUPATION" read the banners at demonstrations organized by a group bankrolled with Swiss foundation money.¹²

Free DC protesters marched through the streets waving inverted American flags while foreign cash paid the bills.

The group bragged about training over 5,000 people and aiming to mobilize 3.5% of D.C. residents — roughly 24,500 people — to conduct boycotts and strikes against Trump's policies.¹³

That's not grassroots resistance.

That's a foreign-funded operation designed to undermine an American President's legitimate authority to enforce the law.

Community Change acted as the "fiscal sponsor" — nonprofit speak for money launderer — allowing foreign foundations to pump cash into domestic political activism without voters knowing where it came from.¹⁴

European agenda for America

The pattern is unmistakable.

Foreign foundations from countries pushing radical environmental policies, open borders, and unlimited government spending are trying to drag America in the same direction.

"It seems clear to me that this foreign money is coming into the United States because they want to implement their extremist European vision for America," Sutherland concluded.¹⁵

The Oak Foundation alone has spread foreign money across dozens of American groups pushing everything from banning gas stoves to blocking domestic energy production to organizing street protests against conservative policies.

None of these foreign charities responded to requests for comment about why they're spending hundreds of millions trying to influence American politics.¹⁶

They don't have to answer to American voters.

That's the entire point of the scheme.

These foundations operate in the shadows, funneling money through U.S. nonprofits that claim to represent American interests while taking orders — and cash — from overseas.

The same Democrats who spent years screaming about Russian interference in the 2016 election have no problem with European billionaires bankrolling their political movement.

When it's money supporting their radical agenda, suddenly foreign influence in American politics is perfectly fine.

President Trump campaigned on draining the swamp and exposing the corruption poisoning Washington.

This bombshell report proves the swamp goes deeper than anyone imagined — all the way to Switzerland, Denmark, and the United Kingdom.

Americans deserve to know who's really funding the groups trying to destroy their gas stoves, shut down their energy industry, and organize protests against law and order.

The answer is European foundations pushing a globalist agenda that American voters would reject if given the chance.
