The woke mob has taken over professional sports with their radical agenda.
But one Christian athlete just stood up to the insanity.
And a baseball legend stood up to the woke outrage mob with one bold act of defiance.
Kershaw sends a powerful message during Pride Night
Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw found a brilliant way to push back against the LGBT agenda while still following team requirements.
During Friday’s game against the San Francisco Giants, the Dodgers forced all their players to wear LGBT-themed baseball caps featuring the team’s logo in rainbow colors.
But Kershaw, a devout Christian, wasn’t going to let the moment pass without making his own statement about the true meaning of the rainbow.
Screenshots circulating on social media showed that Kershaw’s cap included a reference to Genesis 9:12-16, the Bible passage where God established the rainbow as a sign of His covenant with Noah.

The biblical passage describes God’s covenant with Noah, where He promises never again to destroy the earth with a flood and establishes the rainbow as the sign of that promise.
Kershaw’s subtle but powerful move reminded everyone watching that the rainbow belongs to God, not the radical LGBT movement that has hijacked it for their political agenda.
The 37-year-old pitcher has never been shy about his Christian faith, even when it puts him at odds with the woke sports establishment.
Kershaw has a history of standing up to woke nonsense
This isn’t the first time Clayton Kershaw has refused to bow down to the LGBT lobby’s demands.
In 2023, Kershaw publicly condemned his team’s decision to honor the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence with a Community Hero Award.
The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are a group of LGBT activists who dress up as Catholic nuns and mock the Catholic faith with their offensive performances.
"I don’t agree with making fun of other people’s religions," Kershaw told The Los Angeles Times. "It has nothing to do with anything other than that."
"This has nothing to do with the LGBTQ community or pride or anything like that," Kershaw added. "This is simply a group that was making fun of a religion that I don’t agree with."
The Dodgers initially reversed course amid massive backlash from Catholic fans and organizations.
But the cowardly team leadership ultimately decided to honor the anti-Catholic group anyway, proving they care more about appeasing woke activists than respecting their fans’ deeply held religious beliefs.
Faith guides everything Kershaw does
Kershaw’s willingness to stand up for his beliefs shouldn’t surprise anyone who knows his background.
The potential Hall of Fame pitcher has been open about how his Christian faith shapes every aspect of his life and career.
"I started really believing and understanding what it meant to be a follower of Jesus when I was probably in high school sometime," Kershaw said in 2017.
Kershaw has Colossians 3:23 on his social media profile.
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,” the Bible verse states.
The star pitcher uses his faith to keep his life in the proper perspective.
"I think more than anything, just putting in perspective what this baseball thing means and understanding that it is a gift and I didn’t do anything to deserve that and realizing that if we continue to look to God to guide our path, you never know what could happen," Kershaw said.
"Baseball could end tomorrow, but [you’re] just understanding that God is in control of it and we are not," he added.
Kershaw puts his money where his mouth is
Unlike many celebrities who just talk about their values, Kershaw backs up his beliefs with action through his charitable work.
Kershaw operates a charity called Kershaw’s Challenge, which works to improve life for disadvantaged children in multiple locations including Dallas, Los Angeles, Zambia and the Dominican Republic.
The pitcher explained his approach to charitable work in spiritual terms.
"Once again, it is just using God’s platform," Kershaw said in a 2017 interview. "We don’t think of it as philanthropy but more stewardship. Whatever God has given us, we are just the vessel for it."
"We don’t own anything that we have. It is all a gift from God and we are just trying to be good stewards of what He gives us," he added.
The rainbow belongs to God, not the woke mob
Kershaw’s Genesis reference on his Pride Night cap sent a clear message that many Americans needed to hear.
The rainbow has been a symbol of God’s covenant and promise to humanity for thousands of years.
The radical LGBT movement has no right to hijack this sacred symbol and turn it into a political weapon.
For too long, Christians and other people of faith have stayed silent while the woke mob steamrolls over their beliefs and traditions.
Clayton Kershaw showed that there are creative ways to stand up for your values without backing down from the fight.
The Dodgers may have forced their players to wear rainbow caps, but they couldn’t force Kershaw to abandon his principles.
His simple Bible reference reminded everyone watching that the rainbow’s true meaning comes from Scripture, not from Washington, D.C. politicians and Hollywood activists pushing their radical agenda.
Professional sports needs more athletes like Kershaw
The sports world desperately needs more athletes willing to stand up for traditional values instead of caving to every woke demand.
Too many professional athletes are terrified of speaking out against the radical left because they’re afraid of getting canceled by sponsors and league officials.
But Kershaw proves that you can be successful in professional sports while staying true to your Christian faith and conservative values.
His example should inspire other athletes to stop being cowards and start standing up for what they believe in.
Americans are hungry for sports heroes who represent their values instead of constantly lecturing them about social justice nonsense.
Clayton Kershaw delivered exactly what fans needed – a reminder that some things are more important than going along with the crowd.
His bold move during Pride Night showed that the rainbow will always belong to God, no matter how hard the woke mob tries to claim it for themselves.
