Almost any time someone defies their radical agenda, or provides evidence that contradicts one of their beliefs, leftists lose their mind.

But a Florida Judge put his foot down leaving one group of social justice warriors completely distraught.

In just about four weeks, voters will head to the polls to determine the future of the nation.
Along with deciding who will control the White House and Congress, many voters will also cast their votes on important ballot measures based on what state and city they live in.
In Florida for example, voters will vote on a slew of ballot measures ranging from fishing rights, to legalizing marijuana.
One of the most controversial items that Florida voters will vote on involves a measure that would put a so-called “right to abortion before viability” into the state’s constitution.
In an attempt to inform Florida voters about the ballot measure, Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) has launched a media campaign to provide further information about the ballot measure to the public.
The DeSantis administration agency is doing so because ballot measures often include legal language that the average voter does not easily understand, even if they understand the matter they are voting on.
This campaign has infuriated leftists, with the pro-abortion group Floridians Protecting Freedom filing a lawsuit against the State of Florida, demanding that the court file an injunction to kill the website.
However, last week, Judge Jonathan Sjostrom flat-out rejected the arguments from Floridians Protecting Freedom, claiming that the injunction they requested was “not justiciable by courts because political power is reserved to the people in an election by means of each ballot.”
Judge Jonathan Sjostrom claimed in his ruling, “When courts speak of justiciability, the essence of the point is that judges must exercise lawful authority without hesitation but must resist the temptation to power unconstrained by a reasonable resort to judicial process.”
“In an election campaign under these circumstances, the political power reserved to the people in (part) of the Florida Constitution means that it is not for the courts to intervene in this referendum campaign to decide what the people will be permitted to consider. This case is not justiciable,” the Florida Judge added.

In essence, the Judge said that just as the voters of Florida are allowed to see the information, pro-abortion activists are distributing, they’re also allowed to see the information the DeSantis administration deems is appropriate to effectively defend the law it enacted.
In other words, it would be equally inappropriate for the state to try to shut down the abortion activists’ speech as it would for the court to shut down the AHCA’s website.
In many parts of America such as California and New York, the state and the courts take a much more hands-on approach to controlling information, with so-called “misinformation prevention programs” – programs that are nothing more than elaborate censorship efforts, designed to silence conservatives and anybody who gets in the way of the Left’s radical agenda.
Many Americans fear that the Left’s crusade to control thought could play an impact on the coming elections, which could come down to the wire.
