A shocking revelation about the FBI’s secret files just landed on Attorney General Pam Bondi’s desk.

Attorney Ty Clevenger has uncovered evidence that could unravel years of Deep State deception.

And Ty Clevenger blindsided Pam Bondi with this Seth Rich bombshell that could destroy the Russia narrative.

Clevenger exposes FBI’s concealment of Seth Rich documents

Attorney Ty Clevenger has launched a scathing attack on the FBI, accusing the agency of deliberately hiding crucial records about murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich and the discredited Russia collusion narrative that plagued President Donald Trump’s first term.

In a blistering letter addressed to Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, Clevenger laid out damning evidence of what he describes as a systematic cover-up designed to protect Obama-era Deep State operatives.

Clevenger didn’t mince words in his communication to Trump administration officials.

“Federal employees know there are no consequences for violating FOIA,” Clevenger wrote, pointing to the culture of impunity that allows bureaucrats to conceal information from the American public.

The attorney has been relentless in his pursuit of the truth. In February 2024, he demanded the FBI release Seth Rich documents they’ve kept hidden from public view.

For years, the FBI flat-out denied possessing Seth Rich’s laptop. It was only after Clevenger’s persistent legal efforts that the agency was forced to admit they had it in their possession all along.

Yet even now, the FBI refuses to disclose any metadata from Rich’s electronic devices.

The Seth Rich-DNC connection that the FBI doesn’t want you to see

Clevenger, who represents plaintiff Brian Huddleston in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the FBI, has already uncovered evidence that the FBI improperly withheld pages from the CrowdStrike report related to the alleged 2016 DNC hack.

That hack conveniently became a political weapon wielded against President Trump during the now-debunked Russia collusion hysteria.

Earlier this month, Clevenger took the extraordinary step of filing a motion in federal court to hold the FBI in contempt for what he calls “deliberate and willful defiance” of a court order mandating the release of key information related to Seth Rich.

The letter obtained by The Gateway Pundit implicates former DOJ and intelligence officials in what appears to be a coordinated effort to shield Obama-era officials and their media allies from scrutiny.

Clevenger’s evidence suggests that Rich, not Russian hackers, may have been the source of the DNC emails published by Wikileaks – a revelation that would completely upend the official narrative pushed by the Mueller investigation and intelligence community for years.

The smoking gun Democrats want buried

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange hinted at Rich’s involvement in a 2016 interview and even offered a $20,000 reward for information on his murder.

Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh claimed in a sworn deposition that a trusted source confirmed Rich was indeed the leaker – not Russian intelligence operatives as Americans were repeatedly told.

Clevenger points to the FBI’s possession of Rich’s work laptop, a personal laptop image, a DVD, and a tape drive – items the bureau initially denied having. Despite court orders to examine these devices, the FBI has stonewalled, refusing to confirm whether it has even reviewed the laptop’s contents.

This appears to be a deliberate tactic to protect the narrative that Russian intelligence, not Rich, was behind the DNC email leak.

The attorney connected this to the U.S. v. Netyksho case, where the FBI admitted a link between Rich’s laptop and the prosecution of alleged Russian hackers.

CIA potentially fabricated “Russian fingerprints” to frame Russia

Clevenger’s accusations extend beyond the FBI. As the representative for The Transparency Project in a separate FOIA case against the Department of Justice, he alleges the CIA may have fabricated “Russian fingerprints” in DNC emails to frame Russia and undermine President Trump.

The CIA’s refusal to confirm or deny the existence of such records, citing national security concerns, only fuels suspicions of a deeper cover-up.

Clevenger has called on Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe to investigate and voluntarily release these records, which would align with President Trump’s directive to declassify Russia hoax documents.

Family connections raise further questions

The attorney also raised concerns about Aaron Rich, Seth’s brother, who allegedly seized Seth’s personal computer and phone shortly after the murder.

Aaron’s subsequent lawsuits against those suggesting his involvement in the email leak have been described as part of a coordinated “lawfare” campaign to silence critics.

Clevenger questioned why Aaron has refused to authorize Wikileaks to disclose what it knows about Seth’s role, suggesting he may have something to hide.

Calls for transparency reform

In a separate letter to White House officials, including Counsel David Warrington, Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, and Senior Counselor Stanley Woodward, Clevenger proposed bold reforms to combat the federal government’s FOIA violations.

He suggested appointing a “chief transparency officer” with the power to prosecute bureaucrats who obstruct public access to records.

Clevenger also advocated for legislation to criminalize FOIA violations, modeled on Texas law, to ensure government employees can no longer hide behind bureaucratic stonewalling without consequences.

The attorney’s efforts represent a direct challenge to the entrenched Deep State bureaucracy that has long operated in the shadows, manipulating information to serve political agendas rather than revealing the truth to the American people.
