Gabbard delivers the goods on Obama’s treasonous conspiracy
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard didn’t waste any time making good on President Trump’s promise to drain the swamp.
On Friday, she shocked Washington, D.C. to its core by releasing what she called overwhelming evidence that Barack Obama and his national security team orchestrated a years-long coup against Donald Trump after his stunning 2016 election victory.
The bombshell announcement came with a highly redacted, declassified report that Gabbard posted online for the world to see.
Gabbard didn’t mince words about what she found.
"The issue I am raising is not a partisan issue," she declared. "It is one that concerns every American."
She didn’t stop there.
Gabbard made it crystal clear that she was handing over every single document to the Department of Justice to deliver what she called the accountability that President Trump, his family, and the American people deserve.
The goal of Obama’s conspiracy was simple and sinister: prevent the President from fulfilling the mandate that American voters gave him.
For eight years, conservative Americans have suspected that Obama was behind the Russia hoax that plagued Trump’s first presidency.
Now they have the smoking gun evidence to prove it.
The timeline that exposes Obama’s treachery
The documentation that Gabbard released reads like a political thriller, except it’s all real.
In the months leading up to the November 2016 election, the intelligence community actually assessed that Russia wasn’t trying to influence the election through cyber means.
But everything changed once Trump shocked the world by defeating Hillary Clinton.
The deep state couldn’t let Trump govern peacefully.
On December 7, 2016, just one month after Trump’s victory, talking points were prepared for DNI James Clapper stating that foreign adversaries didn’t use cyberattacks on election infrastructure to alter the U.S. Presidential election outcome, according to Gabbard’s report.
So far, so good.
The intelligence community was still being honest about Russia’s lack of election interference.
But then Obama called his meeting.
Two days later, on December 9, Obama’s White House convened several top National Security Council principals for what can only be described as a conspiracy meeting.
The attendees read like a who’s who of deep state operatives: James Clapper, John Brennan, Susan Rice, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, and others.
After that meeting, everything changed.
The documentation shows that Clapper’s executive assistant sent an email to intelligence community leaders tasking them to create a brand new assessment "per the President’s request" to detail "the tools Moscow used and actions it took to influence the 2016 election."
Notice how the language completely flipped?
Before the meeting, they said Russia didn’t interfere.
After Obama’s meeting, they were suddenly looking for ways Russia influenced the election.
The email added that "ODNI will lead this effort with participation from CIA, FBI, NSA, and DHS."
Obama had weaponized the entire intelligence community against the duly elected president.
The lies that launched a thousand investigations
What happened next was pure political warfare disguised as national security.
Gabbard revealed that Obama officials leaked false statements to The Washington Post claiming that Russia had attempted to interfere in the election through cyber means.
Then, on January 6, 2017, just days before Trump’s inauguration, Obama’s team delivered their coup de grâce.
A new Intelligence Community Assessment was released that completely contradicted the previous assessments made throughout the earlier six months, Gabbard explained in her report.
The timing wasn’t coincidental.
Obama wanted to poison the well before Trump could even take office.
But here’s the kicker: Gabbard revealed that the facts show the assessment had been based on information that those involved knew was manufactured, such as the discredited Steele Dossier.
They knew it was fake.
They knew it was manufactured.
And they used it anyway to try to destroy a sitting president.
Gabbard explained that this politicized intelligence was used as the basis for countless smears seeking to delegitimize President Trump’s victory, the years-long Mueller investigation, two Congressional impeachments, high-level officials being investigated, arrested, and thrown in jail, heightened U.S.-Russia tensions, and more.
The damage was immense and intentional.
Justice is finally coming
For years, Trump supporters have been called conspiracy theorists for suggesting that Obama was behind the Russia hoax.
Now they’ve been completely vindicated.
Gabbard labeled Obama’s efforts as an abuse of power and rejection of our Constitution that threatened the republic itself.
She’s absolutely right.
What Obama and his team did wasn’t just dirty politics.
It was treason.
Gabbard declared that no matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law to ensure nothing like this ever happens again.
The American people deserve nothing less.
She added that the American people’s faith and trust in our democratic republic, and therefore the future of our nation depends on it.
Obama thought he was untouchable.
