The Trump administration is firing on all cylinders.

Cabinet officials are implementing America First policies at breakneck speed.

And a Trump DOJ official made one announcement that was Democrat worst nightmare.

Brett Shumate wastes no time implementing Trump’s agenda

President Donald Trump didn’t wait around when it came to staffing his Justice Department.

The Senate confirmed Brett Shumate as Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division on Monday along party lines.

Democrats knew exactly what they were getting with Shumate.

He previously worked as a partner at Jones Day, a Washington-based firm that has represented Trump during his campaigns.

Shumate was a top official in the Civil Division for two years during the first Trump administration.

He has the experience and the loyalty to get the job done.

And Shumate proved that within hours of taking the oath of office.

The newly confirmed head of the Department of Justice’s Civil Division sent out an internal memo that Fox News Digital first obtained.

The memo directed staff to prioritize investigations and legal action on a slate of conservative priorities.

This includes rooting out antisemitism and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.

Shumate also directed attorneys in the DOJ’s largest division to focus on tightening restrictions on transgender medical care.

He wants them to pursue denaturalizing citizens who "illegally procured" naturalization.

The memo outlined exactly what areas the Civil Division’s lawsuits would center on.

This brings proactive litigation to the fore in a division that typically focuses on defense.

Democrats’ worst nightmare is coming true

The primary task of the Civil Division is defending the government in court on non-criminal matters.

This includes the hundreds of lawsuits President Trump and his administration have been hit with as Trump carries out executive actions.

Civil Division attorneys from the Federal Programs Bench have been fighting court battles on behalf of Trump.

They’ve had mixed success defending his sweeping tariffs, birthright citizenship plans, and Department of Government Efficiency activities.

Most recently, they’ve been defending Trump’s use of the National Guard in California.

But now Shumate is taking the fight to the enemy.

"Consistent with these directives, the Civil Division will use all available resources to pursue affirmative litigation combatting unlawful discriminatory practices in the private sector," Shumate wrote in the memo.

This is the Democrats’ worst nightmare coming true.

They spent years weaponizing the Justice Department against Trump and his supporters.

Now the tables have turned.

The Civil Division will coordinate with the Civil Rights Division on anti-DEI efforts.

They plan to bring False Claims Act cases related to discrimination.

Trump has frequently attacked DEI as discrimination against qualified Americans.

Trump loyalists are getting results

Shumate is another Trump loyalist placed in an important position at the Justice Department.

That’s exactly what the American people voted for in November.

They want officials who will implement the America First agenda without hesitation.

Shumate’s memo shows he wanted to kick off his first day in office by setting a tone.

He’s aligning the division’s wealth of attorneys with Trump’s and Attorney General Pam Bondi’s agendas.

This is how you drain the swamp.

You put loyal Americans in key positions who understand the mission.

The Justice Department spent four years under Joe Biden going after parents at school board meetings and pro-life activists.

Now it’s time to go after the real threats to our constitutional republic.

Companies that discriminate against Americans based on their race or gender.

Organizations that promote antisemitism on college campuses.

Medical professionals who mutilate children in the name of transgender ideology.

The Trump administration means business

This memo shows the Trump administration isn’t playing games.

They’re implementing their agenda from day one.

While Democrats and their media allies focus on manufactured controversies, Trump officials are getting to work.

They’re using every tool at their disposal to advance policies that help the American people.

The Civil Division oversees thousands of attorneys across the country.

Now they have clear marching orders on what the priorities should be.

No more wasting taxpayer resources on political witch hunts.

It’s time to focus on real issues that matter to working families.

Shumate’s memo is just the beginning.

Americans can expect to see more decisive action from Trump appointees in the coming weeks and months.

The swamp creatures are learning that this time around, Trump means business.

And officials like Brett Shumate are ready to make sure the America First agenda becomes reality.
