Soros was caught red-handed backing this globalist attempt to shred the Constitution

George Soros made billions betting against countries.

Now he's betting against his own.

And Soros was caught red-handed backing this sinister attempt to subvert the Constitution.

Billionaire funds shadow operation attacking American companies

Liberal billionaire George Soros got caught funneling $300,000 to a shadowy legal group with one mission: help foreign governments sue American companies into oblivion.

Previously unreported financial records exposed Soros's Open Society Foundations bankrolling Global Action on Gun Violence in 2023.

Here's where it gets truly disturbing.

GAGV registered as a foreign agent of Mexico to represent the country in a $10 billion lawsuit against Tennessee-based manufacturer Smith & Wesson.

Read that again: Soros funded an organization that officially works for a foreign government to attack American businesses.

The $300,000 made up one-third of all money GAGV received in 2023.

That same year, the Mexican government paid GAGV $250,000 for its legal work, according to Department of Justice filings.¹

Soros handed cash to lawyers registered to represent Mexico's interests against America's.

Congresswoman exposes scheme as attack on sovereignty

Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) didn't mince words.

"I opposed Mexico's lawsuit from the start and joined an amicus brief to the Supreme Court because this case is an assault on our sovereignty and an effort to blame U.S. manufacturers for cartel violence," Tenney told the Washington Free Beacon.²

Tenney and 37 other congressional Republicans filed the brief fighting Mexico's lawsuit.

"Americans should not accept politically connected nonprofits bankrolling a foreign government's attempt to undermine our laws and constitutional rights," Tenney added.

Think about the audacity here.

Mexico can't control the drug cartels slaughtering its own citizens.

So instead of fixing their catastrophic failure, Mexican officials hired American lawyers funded by a left-wing billionaire to blame American companies for Mexico's problems.

GAGV argued American manufacturers are liable for weapons that end up in cartel hands after being illegally trafficked across the border.

Republicans fired back that the lawsuit "disrespects the U.S. Constitution and U.S. law" by trying to impose Mexico's legal framework on the United States.

"Mexico's lawsuit is an affront to the sovereignty of the United States of America," the lawmakers wrote.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit initially ruled in Mexico's favor.

But when the Supreme Court heard the case in June 2025, every single Justice sided with the American companies.

Nine to nothing.

Even the Court's most liberal members recognized this for what it was: a brazen attempt to use foreign pressure to gut constitutional rights that liberals can't eliminate through Congress.

Group shopping anti-American strategy worldwide

The Supreme Court's unanimous smackdown didn't slow GAGV down.

"The decision is narrow, and leaves the door open for future liability," GAGV announced after the ruling.

Translation: We lost this battle, but Soros's money means we'll keep attacking American businesses until we find a court that gives us what we want.

GAGV registered as a foreign agent of the Bahamas in June 2024 to launch the same strategy in the Caribbean.

The group filed lawsuits in Canada against Smith & Wesson.

In 2023, GAGV appealed to the United Nations to link "lax U.S. gun laws" to human rights abuses.³

Notice the pattern?

They're shopping legal attacks to every foreign country without constitutional protections, hoping nations that don't respect individual rights will deliver victories they can't win in America.

And it gets worse.

GAGV met with Joe Biden's White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention in March 2024.

The same organization registered to represent Mexico's government against American companies had meetings at Biden's White House.

That same month, GAGV organized a forum with Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) and Alejandro Celorio, legal counsel for Mexico's foreign ministry.

Raskin praised the lawsuit as "landmark litigation" and said Democrats are "deeply invested in [its] success."

A sitting congressman openly cheering for a foreign government's lawsuit against American businesses.

Soros didn't just fund legal attacks.

He funded a network connecting foreign governments, Biden administration officials, and congressional Democrats in a coordinated assault on constitutional rights.

When caught, Open Society Foundations claimed they wanted to "curtail cartel and gang violence."

That explanation collapses under scrutiny.

If Soros wanted to stop cartels, he'd fund border security, support American law enforcement, or help Mexico clean up corruption.

Instead, he bankrolled lawyers registered as foreign agents to sue American manufacturers following American laws.

Russia figured out Soros's game and banned Open Society Foundations in 2015, declaring it "represents a threat to the foundations of the constitutional system."

Hungary kicked Soros-backed groups out in 2018.

India placed OSF on a watchlist in 2016 forbidding it from funding other groups without explicit government permission.

Pakistan ordered Open Society Foundations to cease operations in 2017.

Country after country recognized what Soros organizations actually do: interfere in domestic affairs, undermine national sovereignty, and push a globalist agenda that treats constitutional rights as obstacles to be circumvented.

Now the same pattern is playing out in America.

Soros isn't funding civil rights groups.

He's bankrolling foreign governments suing American companies to destroy industries the Left can't eliminate through elections.

When Democrats can't pass gun control through Congress, Soros funds Mexico's lawsuit.

When American courts uphold the Constitution, GAGV shops the same theories to Canada and the United Nations.

This is how billionaire leftists bypass democracy when voters won't give them what they want.

They use foreign pressure, international organizations, and armies of lawyers to accomplish through courts what they can't achieve at the ballot box.

The Supreme Court stopped this assault with a 9-0 decision.

But Soros has $23 billion in his foundations.

GAGV already registered to represent the Bahamas and keeps filing lawsuits in foreign countries.

Congressional Democrats like Jamie Raskin are cheering them on.

This won't end until Americans recognize what's really happening: a coordinated attack on constitutional rights funded by the world's most powerful left-wing billionaire, executed through foreign governments, and supported by Democrats in Washington.

George Soros built his fortune betting against the British pound in 1992.

Now he's betting against American sovereignty.

And he's using your constitutional rights as the stakes.
